This place rocks. I am having my house renovated and my washer and dryer are out of commission so I needed a place to do laundry for a family of four. When you first arrive it may be a bit overwhelming but if you keep track of which washer your clothes are in (I used notes on my iPhone) it is easy to plan and track your loads. It may seem pricey at first $4.50 for a xlarge load or $2.50 for a regular load but drying is free. Keep In mind when you get change at the laundry mat it will dispense dollar and quarters so beware when loading in to the washing machines. They have great carts to haul your clean and dry clothes to large folding tables. If in need this is a great place. read more

It's not terrible but since the dryers are free. Half of them don't even work and if they do not all get really hot so you have to restart the dryer sometimes multiple times. This place is ridiculous!! They close their doors when They are supposed to be opened. The maintenance lady flipped me off when she closed 2 hours early once! I still kept going for the convenience of how close this place is. Yesterday, one of the washers I was using became stuck on the drain cycle and I was promised a call back so that the owner could override it and I could at least get my clothes out. The girl there (same one that had flipped me off before) asked me if I had put money in there and of course I had, otherwise it would have never started in the first place. She took my number and when I called today to check on the status of my laundry, she hung up on me. I tried calling back to realize she blocked my number. I called from another number and she told me the owner(s) have not arrived and then hung up again. My clothes are going to get ruined and I'm going to follow through with the Better Business Bureau if this is not resolved. Either that or contact the authorities to get my clothes back. read more

As a Student who used to live in McCallum area, this place is an absolute savior. I have been to this at least monthly once to wash all the clothes. The washer in this place are of high standards and washed the clothes really well. The dryers are always busy and it's little difficult to get one so soon as there are free and many people come here just to dry clothes instead of washing & drying. Some of the dryers sometimes doesn't seem to work which creates a little hassle. Other than this concern, it's a perfect place to have a quick wash though. read more

Machine took our dollar coins, she said she couldn't give us our money back, could only take our name and number down to give owner. But she never asked for our name or number. I was talking with the staff and I was told that apparently there was a kidnapping here not to long ago and the parents doing laundry in this place don't watch their children. The two hours we were here I saw multiple children under the age of 5 unsupervised and walking outside on their own. The dryers also are garbage and over half of them don't work. The staff is great but not to the point where I'd return. Don't recommend. read more

I typically come here to wash my clothes. It's cheap and free to dry. That's nice. The lady that closes at night is a real pain though. I've showed up to wash before last wash and she told me they were closing already. Tonight I'm here and she turned away people a whole hour and a half before last wash. I chose this place over other due to the number of units and the free drying. The place is always clean and I get what I need done quickly. I just think it's ridiculous that an employee (the older African American woman who works here) can reserve all of the large washers for herself to wash her 20lbs of clothes... she had no clothes in the washer but came out from her office saying she was using it. read more

I don't even know where to begin, other than to caution anyone from servicing this laundromat. I visited the location for the first time today to wash bulk items & would not have imagined being treated the way that I was treated here. I'm never quick to claim racism or discrimination, but the woman's demeanor and attitude was so uncalled for I simply cannot rule it out. When I arrived I placed my items in a washer drum and promptly returned to unload my items. When I returned a Hispanic woman demanded that I unload my drums immediately and accused me of leaving them in the drums "for hours". She continued to exchange words and she acted as if I shouldn't have had the audacity to correct her when she was mistaken about when I loaded my items. She refused to provide her name so that I could file a formal complaint with BBB. I also requested the owners contact information as well, which she denied to provide as well. She demanded that I wait outside and called the police in a true "Karen" fashion. During her call she began to act as though I was terrorizing her, when it was quite the opposite. Like I said, I've never been treated that way by a complete stranger and it was completely unjustified. The police arrived and advised that a business has the right to refuse service. They did nothing to assist me obtaining the woman's name to file a formal complaint. I wish I had taken heed to reviews that talked about the horrible customer service. Please avoid this business if you can, as the woman is either racist and/or highly unstable. Also, the half the dryers don't work. read more

What can you say about a laundromat? It's clean!! Washers and dryers are clean, free drying with wash. Washing cost 6.50 in the larger dryers but that includes free drying. Has snack and drink machines, TV. Not too noisy considering the machines are going. All in all, a very good place to do laundry!! read more

The perk is if you wash your clothes here you can dry them for free, but that does me no good when over half the dryers are out of order and then on top of that there's no out of order signs on them. Reasonable prices and free drying. Small washer is 2.50, big is 4.50 and there is a huge one for 6.50. Drying is for 20 minutes. There is also free WiFi but it is locked so you must ask for password. Attendant was attentive and was cleaning all machines as I came in and taking out trash, etc. Place seemed clean and there are arcade games and vending machines. I bought one box- which was the last one in the whole machine, next time I'll just bring my detergent bottle(which will obviously be cheaper) washing machines weren't bad prices really. I have been to some laundromats, some have scared me others I wish there were more like it. This one is in the middle. It's clean and decent I'll say that. Now I've only been in this one twice. This second I went in, I was rudely met with a worker with her lip piecered to tell me that that last wash was in an hour and everyone had to be out by 11pm. 1. Those washers only take about 30 minutes. 2. Dryers take about 20 minutes. She is lucky I was nice about and just said ok. The facility I have no problem with but that one worker ruined it. I went on Sunday of this month with my children, it was packed with a lot of people (I figured since it was the weekend). I arrived I put my clothes in the washing machine. When I went to get some quarters, a man was standing there upset (the machines were not working and there were no signs "not in service, etc.) Came in a lady "manager", who then said if you want your money back you need to put your name/last name/ phone number. Didn't really bother me much, until I asked were would be able to get change. Her response was disrespectful, "you can go change next door if they don't want to give you change you can get your shit and go somewhere else." I didn't want to be rude in front of my kids so i walked toward the bill to coin machine, and I saw a coin stuck were you insert your bills. I went to my truck I got my tweezers and a flat head screwdriver (I know I shouldn't have taken it, the tweezers would of done the job.) So there i go I was looking for the tweezers in my bag, and the "manager" came to me "what do you think your are doing to my machines?" She didn't even let me answer her "get the fuck out my laundromat." I took a big breath and told her, "first of all this is not your laundromat, this is the owner 's, second you should not treat your customers like crap bc you can't find a solution to the machines, third why were not any signs in the machines until now if it had 3 hours of not working." I walked away, she continue calling me a "wetbag, b**ch, to get my crap and leave." I turned around and told her "that's the customer service you provide for the laundromat owner?, you shouldn't treat people like crap." She then started chanting all over the laundry (by this time i went to target to get change,my bf stayed with my kiddos in the laundromat) that she was going to call the police and tell them that i wanted to steal from the machine. She did call the police she did not only told them "I wanted to steal from the machine, but that I threatened her life with the item in my bag, that I was the one who started treating her bad" Of course I asked for her name and the owner's email and/or phone number. She told she was not going to give me shit, and that I was not allowed as a customer. One of the friendly neighbors mentioned "the owners have no idea what goes around in there with that employee."
