I went in to pick them up but his account was not found due of his last digit to his number being entered incorrectly. My partner passed away unexpectedly three weeks ago and I told them and they replied with we probably called which was the incorrect number they input in. No sorry or anything. Not closed at all, as Yelp previously suggested. I tried these guys after seeing they were more convenient to my morning commute. They also had a coupon online, which they honored on display from my phone. I took a couple shirts for them to launder and press. Had great service and results and no complaints. They were friendly and easy to talk with about what I wanted done. I hate to just throw 5 stars around nonchalantly, but I also don't think there's much more I could ask of a clothes cleaner that would make things better. read more

Clothes dry cleaned came back reeking of perfume...like Gain laundry detergent or some flowery softener. Never before had dry cleaning come back smelling of perfume. Paid nearly $8 per garment, now I have to get them recleaned somewhere else bcuz I can't trust them to correct this. read more

Update--TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Worst cleaners in the Metroplex, don't be decieved. I began using them on a weekly basis, everything seemed great until they ruined several of my dress shirts. I roll my sleeves up two rolls at the cuff, they didn't unfurl the sleeves when they laundered my shirts. The result: two perfectly sized holes on the sleeve of each shirt. When confronted, I was told my shirts were old, which they weren't, that I created the holes, which I didn't, and all they could do was not charge me the $6 I owed when they "cleaned them". I love this place and have been coming here for years. They are so friendly and efficient. However, now they are charging me $6.50 a piece for generic blouses, pants or other pieces. In addition, they charge a 4% fee when I pay with my debit card. One would think the outrageous price per piece could cover a fee to use a debit card. read more

One day after eating lunch next door at Angelo & Vitos I decided to drop my bag full of dry cleaning off at Parkway Cleaners. Included with the dry cleaning I also had two pants that needed alterations... one had a broken zipper, the other had lost multiple buttons and I wanted them to just take off all of the remaining buttons and replace all of them. I went a couple days later to pick up the dry cleaning. While dry cleaning a brand new blouse... and claiming they followed the care directions of wrapping the buttons in foil, they broke two buttons. And the alterations were not ready yet. A couple of days later I went to pick up the alterations. The zipper was done fine, but all they did with the buttons was to move them around so the missing ones were in less obvious locations. I was like WTF? And I was told they had sent the broken buttons home with the first set. A couple days later they called... the alterations lady can't find buttons to do your pants like you wanted, but if you want to bring some in she will put them on. Um. She's in the business of alterations but she can't find buttons to match. WTH makes you think I could find some? And then she said... the lady is Chinese. Crickets What does that have to do with anything? Anyway... the next day I went to go pick up my pants with the re-arranged buttons, I take the buttons for the shirt they broke. I have yet to go back and get it... but I have a feeling I wont be back to Parkway after this disaster. read more

I have used the Oak Lawn/Cedar Springs location for years. This location recently closed so I am trying their location up at Trinity Mills and the Tollway also convenient for me. Same reasonable price for Men's shirts $1.79 They even said that they would pick up and deliver my clothes from home at no extra charge - now that is service. WORST DRY CLEANERS EVERRRRRRR!!!!!!!!! I have been doing dry cleaning for years and I have never experienced such terrible service. First and foremost they are way over priced and are not close to worth it. Many of my clothes ended up with stains that were not there when I dropped them off and some garments still had wrinkles. Whats the point of taking them to a dry cleaners if they come back worse than before? Secondly, service was not satisfactory at all!! Management does not take care of their customers at all. While I was in there, he was very rude with a customer who was also having an issue! Very glad a new cleaners opened up right up the street!! This has been my go to dry cleaners since I found them about a year or two ago. I'm always greeted with a smile and they always do such a wonderful job of taking care of my clothes. I cant remember her name, but she has a British accent and she's always so sweet every time I visit! She's very polite and sociable and makes me feel happy every time I stop by! I remember one time I spilled soy sauce all over my shirt and I had to get it dry cleaned, when I went back the next day to pick it up, she warned me that they tried their best but the stain might still be a little visible... new mgmt has poor customer service!! 3 weeks before Thanksgiving I dropped off about 20 items (mens & women's: skirts, slacks,dresses, shirts) picked up and within a day I noticed my white shirt had a purple tint. took it back in (within 48 hours of picking up) and explained the shirt wasn't white any longer girl took noted an said her mgr would contact me. nope. went back in Thursday before thanksgiving, now 3 weeks later. mgr told me they have the wrong phone number. nope its correct. then he told me that I didn't see the white accurately b/c we were indoors and to step outside. I said no need, please hold it up to another white item in the shop and you can tell its purple tinted. he agreed and told me he would try another process and would call me on Monday (after thanksgiving) no call now 6 week from original date (5 days from now it's Christmas) I went in again today explaining its been now 6 weeks and I no longer want the shirt but expect to be compensated for the loss of the shirt, the 3 trips into the cleaners and the lack of mgmt's professionalism to call me. mgr was not onsite, but the girl called him & explained. she passed the phone tome & he explained that I "wasn't working with him"!! I explained its been 6 weeks, he never called , had excuses, they still have the shirt and it's still purple.( the girl brought it out and it was on the counter) I asked if he could give the girl at the store authority to compensate me ($). He avoided the question an kept telling me I wasn't working with him. I left without any compensation, nor any shirt- BUT a warning to all not to use this place any longer- there are dozen of cleaners, find one that cares for their customers! read more

Average Dry Cleaning Service sometimes the stains are still in the clothes and the prices are not as crisp as I'd like them to be. I ran into an issue where they thought a tunic was a dress and charge me the prices for the dresses instead of tunic and then did not read adjust the price to make it right. This is a cleaner if you have average shirt clothes I wouldn't trust them with that have different materials together in a single piece of clothing. Because this place is right around the corner it's convenient and drop off that they do not have same day service like other dry cleaners. Bottom line if you have clothes that deserve average attention go ahead and drop them off here this dry cleaner works for that but if you have Blazers dresses anything that you want to hold onto and preserve you're probably better off going to a dry cleaner a little bit more down the street read more
