We had to go through our homeowners insurance because the cleanup costs exceeded $60,000. The restoration required professional soot remediation, sealing and repainting walls, cleaning all upholstery and fabrics, and extensive cleaning throughout the entire home. What made this even worse was the company's response afterward. They would not provide the business owner's information or their business insurance information, and they took absolutely no responsibility for the damage caused by their work. We were left to handle the nightmare ourselves.

The comment will be "You need the $350 package and if you don't take it, you're going to pay $25 for my 8 minute inspection." Essentially, the $85 and $145 coupon is not worth the paper its printed on because every customer will be "upselled." When agreed, to the $145 package we were abruptly told "you don't need that package." The conversation immediately turned to the $25 travel fee they supposedly informed us over the phone (also not true and no where in the fine print on the mailer you receive). Although management called (Aloy) speaking on the need for a deeper inspection, and that his technicians have a lot of experience - under no circumstances should a technician ever make sweeping generalizations about how one "has not cleaned it in years" or from the get-go explain the coupon (even before he started the inspection) was not the deal SuperNova LLC was going to offer. Which begs the question, how did they know they were not going to offer the coupon even before they started the inspection? Management feedback: Technicians should have honored at a minimum the $145 coupon. Its the customer's decision whether to do a deeper cleaning or not. Recommend users stay away as the coupon could fall under bait and switch complaints or deceptive trade practices and waste your time on a Sunday.

The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice answered all the questions I had in regards to this service to be done. He quoted me a price and ensured me the job would be done to exceed my expectations. The day of the job comes. They called me prior to arrival to ensure the ETA. They Arrived on time and got straight to work. Answered all my questions I had in person and even showed me. What they were doing ensured me it is safe for all the vents in my home. Worth every penny and I can tell you my air conditioning and heat work to its fullest potential. Give them a call you will be happy.

I saw the photos of the debris on the shelf and inside the chimney!! The other company removed Half of a 5 gallon bucket of debris. And they showed me a nail or screw one damper that was not secured during the first cleaning. So I am very disappointed - did JCS even do anything? He took photos and explained the previous company (who charged twice as much as Cory) left half of a 5 gallon bucket of debris inside the chimney and on the ledge. And they didn't secure a nail or screw. Cory took care of everything! The pics showed his great work! Then the corbels. He brought multiple bricks with him and fit the best ones. He explained that the mortar wouldn't match exactly but hopefully he could get it close. He definitely undersold himself. It looks amazing! If I point it out, you can see it.
