Came to fix our water valve and also cleaned the compressor so the water came out colder. Unhappy with the scratch on my brand new floors. Less than an hour of work over charged and careless about moving the fridge. Dent and scratches all over our new flooring. He does this day in a day out and was so carless, dragged the full weight of the fridge instead of lifting and pulling out the fridge carefully. I recently called Abel to have a Speed Queen washer repaired. Abel responded and checked to washer. He showed me the parts would cost almost $400. He felt a better deal would be to sell me a refurbished Speed Queen washer for $600. I bought the washer and he kept trying to sell me a matching dryer. From the time I called to schedule my appointment for service, to the time he diagnosed the issue.
