He was quick to quote and have pretty quick availability to assist when our fridge/freezer decided it preferred and tropical climate to the nice frozen tundra it should be kept at. Robert was outstanding from start to finish! He was able to come diagnose our dryer within a few hours of my call. He was clear with pricing, which was incredibly fair, and knew immediately upon arrival what was wrong with our dryer. He had two repair options; he could replace only the parts that were causing the issue, or replace the entire pulley/wheel system with a kit (forgive me if that's not the correct verbiage. Robert said it correctly but alas, I'm no expert and can't remember his exact words lol). We opted to replace with the kit. He had the kit available with OEM parts on his truck and had the dryer components removed, replaced and reassembled within an hour. He was communicative every step of the way. Not only was all of that already fantastic and impressive, but he also removed all lint and cleaned the pieces before reassembling. He also gave advice on load sizes for longevity of both machines. Robert responded very quickly to my initial call for service on my older refrigerator. Within 10 minutes of arriving, he had the problem diagnosed and a plan of action in place. Because of the unit's age, he needed to order a part but was able to find it and get it within about 6 hours. Pricing for parts & labor was very reasonable. Robert came out to assess if my dryer needed to have anything replaced. It was squealing when I would first start it and then the sound would go away. He found that two of the little wheels under the drum had issues. He replaced those and the additional Other wheels so all parts would match and were brand new. In the long run this makes a huge difference. The belt was also replaced and my dryer is working absolutely perfect now. He also cleaned incredibly well when he was done, including the inside of the dryer to get rid of all the dust overflow from the filter. His communication was great and his service was exceptional. I have a 2006 Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator that I do not want to replace. The in-door water dispenser stopped working and a week later I saw icicles forming on the ice maker unit. The reviews left on AV Appliance Repair determined my choice, thanks to all of you who wrote a review. I set up an appointment with Robert and told him what ChatGPT said the problems could be. He was skeptical; ChatGPT's diagnosis was proven to be incorrect! Robert contacted me 1/2 hour before the appointment and arrived on time. First, he cleaned under the refrigerator as there was a "warm spot" on the door frame (now gone). He opened the dispenser housing and replaced the plastic piece because the supports for the water mechanism were broken. Due to its age, the same ice maker unit was not available, but Robert took parts from a new ice maker and inserted in the original housing which he thoroughly cleaned. All of this took about an hour, and I am so pleased with the work and the cost was reasonable. When an appliance malfunctions, my first response is to replace it.
