Robert came out to assess if my dryer needed to have anything replaced. It was squealing when I would first start it and then the sound would go away. He found that two of the little wheels under the drum had issues. He replaced those and the additional Other wheels so all parts would match and were brand new. In the long run this makes a huge difference. The belt was also replaced and my dryer is working absolutely perfect now. He also cleaned incredibly well when he was done, including the inside of the dryer to get rid of all the dust overflow from the filter. His communication was great and his service was exceptional. We contacted him (via Yelp) late Saturday evening when we realized our fridge was no longer cooling and even though he was not technically open on Sunday, he still kindly responded and said that they could come take a look today. Very quick, friendly and reasonably priced. He replaced the drain pump in my 8 year old kenmore washer. After installation, he said that the incoming flow of water did not sound right. So of course, I'm thinking to myself, what is this going to cost me. Well, he checked and there was debris clogging up the inlet and he cleared it out.
