After paying for multiple repairs, the original problem returned, and I had to seek a second opinion. I was informed that the ignition coil wiring had been repaired improperly and that the spark plugs installed were not the correct part number for my vehicle. I was also never shown the diagnostic trouble codes or provided with a printout explaining why each repair was being recommended. Although the shop agreed to honor its warranty and make corrections after I raised these concerns, I believe the repairs should have been performed correctly the first time. As a customer, I lost confidence in the quality of the workmanship and the diagnostic process. The trust I had in this business is now gone, and unfortunately I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive repairs.

I am deaf, so I often get anxiety when I get services due to lack of Deaf awareness and bad customer services due to being taken advantage of. He was transparent and honest showing me how much services would cost and offered me ways to save money which I am grateful for. He quickly attended to my vehicles needs. The place is clean. Saturday the next morning I called and the manager put in her notes to corporate ! in her notes that she called me and I agreed to come in to fix it I never agreed to anything she just put that in her notes after she called me trying to wipe off the whole situation I had to go to work the next day at 12 in the afternoon I advised her as she kept telling me that she would send somebody to my house to fix the problem I told her I had to go to work and then she rudely started telling me if I was declining help I told her no I wanna see what you guys do to my car since you guys already made my tire go flat she wanted me to go to work and wanted to send somebody to my house to go fix the tire completely unacceptable irresponsible and unprofessional!!! I had to come out of pocket to pay somebody to fix the needle inside of the tire since Jalen broke it I hope you guys review your cameras from Friday afternoon around 430 Black Honda pilot you guys gotta do better !
