From the friendly greeters at the front desk, to the beautiful bar area, to every employee I interacted with, the customer service was truly top-notch. The salon itself is immaculate. Everything is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere feels luxurious and relaxing without being intimidating. On top of that, they offer complimentary drinks and desserts, which was such a nice touch and really elevated the entire experience. Even better, their prices are very reasonable for the level of service you receive. I had my manicure done by Jody, and she did an absolutely phenomenal job! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She is incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and has such a warm, genuine personality that makes you feel like you've known her forever. The entire appointment flew by because our conversation was so enjoyable. Not only is Jody incredibly sweet, but she's also exceptionally talented at what she does. I got a French manicure, and she absolutely nailed it. The lines are crisp, clean, and beautifully done, with so much attention to detail. I'm genuinely impressed by how flawless they turned out. As part of the manicure, she also gave me a hand and arm massage, which was so relaxing and honestly felt like a little spa treatment within the appointment. It was the perfect touch and made the entire experience feel even more special. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. My nails look amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She's truly a sweetheart! At the same time, Susan worked on waxing my eyebrows, lip, and chin while Jody was doing my nails. To be honest, I was a little nervous at first. Since Susan wasn't always directly in front of me and I was moving around a bit because my nails were being done simultaneously, I worried my eyebrows might not turn out as well as they normally would. I could not have been more wrong. My eyebrows came out AMAZING! I was genuinely blown away by Susan's work. Everything was perfectly shaped and balanced, and she somehow managed to do an incredible job despite the circumstances. I honestly couldn't be happier with the results. She is clearly a natural at what she does. On top of that, she's an absolute ray of sunshine and made the entire experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be going back to her religiously for all my future touch-ups. I almost never write reviews for businesses, but I felt compelled to write one for this salon. I booked an appointment over-the-phone, and was easily able to schedule for a date and time that was convenient. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the receptionist, who asked me to check in and wait for her to notify my nail technician, Lee. Looking around, I was shocked to find that Abella Nail Avenue looked even more spacious and stunning than in the photos I had seen on Yelp. Not even a minute later, Lee came to greet me at the waiting area and show me to her station, then another staff member asked if I would like to order a complimentary beverage and snack. During my appointment, a few other staff members came over to join in our conversation, and offer recommendations and compliments. The environment felt warm and lively, yet professional. I really wanted to like this place because the prices were affordable, and they even offered complimentary cheesecake and coffee during service. But Unfortunately, the quality of the paint was extremely disappointing. Less than 24 hours after getting my nails done, I went to a store to try on a pair of sandals. Had such a wonderful Mother's Day experience at Abella Nail Salon! They were running a special where you buy one service and get the second service free, so I decided to take my Mom to a fully treated service and go big with one of the more luxurious pedicure services -- and it was absolutely worth it. My nail tech, May, was amazing. She really took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was perfect. My mom had Emy, and she was so sweet and warm and welcoming, fast, and efficient while still making my mom feel completely pampered and cared for. She truly made my mom's experience top-notch. My mom usually goes to a small inexpensive salon with just a couple chairs since they mainly do hair, so this felt like such a special treat for her. On top of that, Abella surprised guests with complimentary desserts and refreshments for Mother's Day, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience feel extra special. I called and made an appointment on a Thursday after work. I was happy they were able to take me for a pedicure. I went with a more luxurious pedicure to treat myself, and I was NOT disappointed. The service was amazing and worth every penny. I was offered a drink and dessert. The music playing was mostly pop and created a fun and youthful vibe. The stations were clean and spotless. The shop is beautiful and elegant. My pedicure exceeded my expectations. Helen did an amazing job. I felt so relaxed. She didn't rush and she was attentive to every little detail of my service. Came here because it was close to home and newly opened. I really really enjoyed the aesthetics, decor, friendliness and amenities. Full snacks and drinks!!! The place was spotless, they had people cleaning everything and super hygienic! I really liked the ambience, so spacious and bright ! I could tell a lot of work went into the decor. I liked the deal so one pedicure get the second one free... I enjoyed the massage chairs. What I didn't like was the charge for the catseye design. I sat there watching the use 3 different metal tools to achieve the cat eye look. I'm sorry, but if the staff is not at that skill level, please don't offer. I don't want to hear excuses like, oh the color is too light to do cats eye. Excuse me, I've done cats eye and your advertisement samples clearly showed it's doable on a light color. I ended up with an arch instead of cats eye. I feel bad, but not so bad to have to hear the typical whispers and shit between the nail techs. So professionalism, would have to knock down a star. it's a beautiful nail salon and all the workers are so nice! but they just seem like they don't know what they are doing. i showed them a picture and they did the complete opposite of what i asked for. i asked for a pink with silver rhinestones and she ended up doing a short french with chrome. i went for my engagement party nails and for 5 hours they tried fixing it. being the patient person that i am i gave them a chance to fix it but she just kept adding glue and adding acrylic on top and just made it worse and when i told her to take them off bc i wasn't pleased with them she kept insisting that she can fix it and she just kept making it worse! for 5 hours she was just constantly filing my nails and my nails now are super thin and break every time they grow. i personally won't be back but hopefully they can improve in the future! read more

I feel so bad ditching my regular nail salon to try this salon. I'm so disappointed in my nails and so does my friend. There's only one lady that knows what she's doing.
