Service was attentive & I got to speak with I believe the owner who had been there for 16 years so it made the experience more memorable. Since I don't want a gel pedicure I opted for a regular lacquer nail polish. The polish was a bit old & gooey but she added a few drops of nail polish thinner & it worked. My daughter had a gel manicure & she mentioned the color she chose also has that issue. I guess when you have so many options to choose from there are bond to be bottles that don't get regularly used. The experience was pleasant for my pedicure, but I would suggest making an appt.w/the younger male nail specialist for details on your manicure. It seems like he has a keen eye for details. Today I wanted to give a special shoutout to Sofie, who did my deluxe pedicure. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and made the whole experience super relaxing, especially the foot massage. For my first appointment, I booked for the next day and wasn't sure if it was going through, so now I just DM her directly to check in. Super easy once you know the flow. Sam herself is super sweet and easy to talk to. She recently went solo with her business, so it's just her now--and honestly, I love that. It's chill, one-on-one, and you can tell she really cares about quality. She has a gorgeous selection of colors and uses high-end products, which I think is why everything lasts so long.
