ARIA nail bar is a whole vibe !! I made an appointment for a mani/pedi . I got almond Shape Gel x , brought an inspo pic, was executed Perfectly! MOLLY did my nails , she has a very kind and sociable personality . She didn't rush and made sure every detail was on point ! I also got my first jelly pedi ! I don't think I will ever go back to a classic pedicure after that jelly experience lol . GRACE did my toes. she is very focused on what she does and did an amazing job on my feet! They also offer complimentary drinks/mimosas! Although I didn't take that opportunity this time around I thought that was pretty awesome ! Im definitely going to make this my go-to place !

I got to come in day before 4th of July and it was a busy day at the salon. Molly, while at the front desk was very professional and recommended we could come back after lunch so we went for coffee at Con Azacur downtown Hayward then came back and was seen right away. My niece's refill which was so super pretty was done by Grace. This place is clean and beautiful. It's been lately my go-to salon in Hayward. Molly is consistent and reliable with her surgical-like hands! She cleanly hand painted my stars for my 4th of July nail theme. More importantly she recommended a prettier nude base that would look better with my skin tone than what the sample picture I showed her. Thanks Molly!

I can't say enough great things about Cindy--she's truly an artist! Her attention to detail is incredible, and she always brings my nail ideas to life even better than I imagined. Her work is always flawless. My nails last for weeks with no issues, and she always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. On top of that, she's so kind and makes every appointment a great experience with many shared laughs. Highly recommend if you want beautiful, detailed nails!

Aria Nail Bar is my new go to! The space is super new, clean, and welcoming. Booking online was so easy -- their portal is straightforward and convenient. They have an amazing selection of colors and design options, which makes it fun (but hard!) to choose. I've been getting builder gel for my last few visits, and the quality and longevity have been great. This time, I went with a lighter jade green (#17) under the Kaise board -- Cindy helped me pick it out when I couldn't decide, and I'm so glad I trusted her! She was incredibly patient and creative, offering ideas that matched my style perfectly. Both Cindy and Molly are wonderful technicians who clearly care about their work and clients. My nail shape and finish turned out flawless -- I absolutely love them every time I leave. Highly recommend Aria Nail Bar if you're looking for beautiful nails, great service, and a relaxing experience!

I love how the nail artist tee does a great job at executing her nails. From the shape to the design chefs kiss. I have gotten my nails done by her a couple of times and I have no complaints she is the sweetest and always double checks to see if I am okay/ like what she is doing . I'm so happy to find a quality nail salon in the east bay!!! The interior is so glamorous and definitely took me by shock the first time I was in! Also, they play great music and have a huge TV in the back half of the salon. It's so hard for me to find artists in the bay area that can copy my exact vision that I want for my nails, but Cindy kills it every time. I used to drive over an hour to San Jose to get my nails done but now that I've found this location that is less than 10min from my house, I don't see myself going anywhere else to get my services done. Cindy is truly an artist and never once made my service feel rushed. The first time I came here was the first time I tried Gel-X as per Cindy's recommendation, and I will probably never look back. My retention lasted almost 6+ weeks!!!! AND my nails were still healthy underneath! I work in retail/VM so I'm using my hands every second of the day, and I never had any chipping, lifting, or anything go wrong with them until I removed them! Today I also got a pedicure for the first time in.....way too long... by Lily, and she did phenomenal! I was offered a drink on the house which I really appreciated! At other places I've been to, the pedicures I've gotten were always so harsh and left my skin feeling raw, but Lily was very gentle, yet thorough! Both Cindy and Lily have gained another regular, returning customer! I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Tee did my nails and toes. The work was amazing she took her time and paid attention to detail. I will be back if it was a breath of fresh air to have someone actually take their time and do a beautiful job.

I've been coming to Aria Nail Bar for a little over 9 months now and the service has consistently exceeded my expectations. Cindy, Molly, and Tee have all done an amazing job on my nails. This was my first time coming here, and I had a wonderful experience! Tee did an amazing job on my Gel-X nails, and Zalie gave me a fantastic pedicure. Both were professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. The entire staff was welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The salon was clean, relaxing, and everyone made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Only request would be massaging chairs! I absolutely love my nails and toes and will definitely be coming back for future events and special occasions. Highly recommend! read more

I've been to Aria Nail Bar twice now and it is my new go-to salon in Hayward. I have flexible nails that get damaged easily, so having the right tech really matters when doing gel. Tee does a great job with shaping, my manicure lasted forever, and my nails were still healthy after she removed the polish. My pedicures have been equally as great. Avoid! Trying to find a new salon and my experience here was so bad! Promotes walk-in yet almost everyone is busy and you have to do appointment to get service. I asked for pricing and was told $65 up front yet when I was sitting on the chair they told me it would be $85. Also they referenced an inspo pic and didn't match it, it would have been appreciated to know if they couldnt do something not just change it without informing me. Three hours after receiving service two nails chipped. I returned the second day and asked to get them fixed I was quoted $20 which was fine I asked how long the wait would be and was told 15 minutes after waiting that amount I'm approached again and told they were behind and it would be another 15-20 minutes as that specific nail tech was busy and running behind. Such a waste and super disappointing. read more

Everyone is so polite and makes me feel so welcomed every time I come in. I've been getting my nails done with Tee for about a year now, and let me just say she does not disappoint! This was the first nail salon I came to when I first moved to the area and they never disappoint. They are all super nice and welcoming. Very relaxing environment. Tee is amazing, I always bring different inspo pictures and she always gives me exactly what I want. David does great pedicures. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

For my first appointment, I booked for the next day and wasn't sure if it was going through, so now I just DM her directly to check in. Super easy once you know the flow. Sam herself is super sweet and easy to talk to. She recently went solo with her business, so it's just her now--and honestly, I love that. It's chill, one-on-one, and you can tell she really cares about quality. She has a gorgeous selection of colors and uses high-end products, which I think is why everything lasts so long. First, I was shocked that a basic kids' pedicure for my 8-year-old son cost $27. All they did was trim and clean his nails, followed by a short leg massage. That price seems extremely high for such a simple service, and there was never any discussion of pricing beforehand. The biggest issue, though, was my own nails. I paid about $55 for my gel manicure--$35 for gel polish, plus an additional $20 for a French tip and a small Mickey design. When I woke up the very next morning, less than 24 hours later, the entire gel polish had already peeled completely off one of my thumbnails. The French tip and Mickey design on other nails were also already lifting and peeling. I've never had a gel manicure fail this quickly. If I lived closer and didn't have to drive across the bridge, I would absolutely return to request a full refund because this level of quality is unacceptable. Between my dad, my two kids, and me, we spent close to $500, so we expected much better workmanship. My daughter's nails actually turned out great, so this review is strictly about the quality of my nails. One other thing that bothered me was my dad's pedicure. The staff kept offering him additional services during the appointment, and he kept saying yes without realizing each one came with an extra charge. By the end, his pedicure totaled over $100 plus tip. I really think pricing for add-on services should be clearly explained before they're performed so customers can make informed decisions. I've attached photos showing my thumbnail the morning after my appointment, along with photos I took the night before. It's incredibly disappointing to spend this much money and have a gel manicure start peeling in less than 24 hours.

Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend I visited this salon for a manicure on my birthday, expecting a relaxing time. I asked for a simple manicure with no gel or color. During the service, the technician used a coarse file on my nail beds. I trusted her as a professional, but when she said she was done, my nails were full of deep scratches. I politely asked for a finer file, but she pretended not to understand, called over another technician, and walked away. The second person was upset with me and only offered to apply a top coat, which started peeling off just hours later. Overall, I left feeling anxious and disappointed. She helped me transition from gel x extensions, to keeping my nails healthy/strong and only needing to do builder gel.
