Mary K. our saleswoman stopped us short of any or all disappointments. Mary K.is the most wonderful saleswoman to have on your side! And Brendan what can I say but Thank You for helping us they way you did. Mary was off the night we went back and Brendan was awesome, he brought us inside and we decided to finance only to be told we could not get the vehicle we had our hearts set on. Needless to say I was quite upset and Brendan stepped outside and asked me if "I would consider a lower model of the vehicle?" I told Brendan "Yes" and explained what I wanted, and boom here he comes with the exact same vehicle, short a few extra "Bells and Whistles!" Brendan was kind enough to stay way past closing to try to calm me down and took the time to see if I was comfortable in this particular Vehicle. We hesitated for 2 days until I made the call to Mary K. and told her we were on our way to purchase our Vehicle! Mary K. you "Rock" at what you do, and Brendan you also "Rock" at what you do!! Judd, in the Finance dept, kiddos Sir for not so called "Hiding" behind closed doors to come out, introduce yourself and explain the reason our first choice was not in our budget.. This team of wonderful, compassionate people who "REALLY" take the time to help you and stay with you is what brought us back to this Dealership. I brought my leased vehicle in for servicing (tire & oil change). The mechanic working on the vehicle was dropping my wheels and pushing them across the garage to the other side where the tire machine as located. After we had already left, 2 and a half hours after our scheduled appointment, we noticed the wheels were scratched already around the outer rim as well as multiple scratches on the spokes. We contacted the service department, specifically the service manager, LeeAnn Krauss. She advised that the vehicle had come in that way. My vehicle is regularly detailed - if the wheels had been scratched before my service appointment, I certainly would have noticed. We argued back and forth for a good while and the best solution she could come up with was to pay half of the repair costs to have the wheels repainted. I have tried multiple times to make an appointment to bring my vehicle to the dealership to have the wheels repainted, however each time, they seemed to not have a loaner vehicle available for me to use while my vehicle was in their possession. The issue had not been resolved and we hadn't been back since due to their inability to service vehicles in a timely manner and their carelessness with the customers' vehicle. read more

I bought a Nissan Frontier from an entirely different dealership. The truck was a lemon BY FAR and I suspect had NEVER been serviced by the so-called certified dealership. Due to a piece I needed for my truck I went straight to Abeloff Nissan. After purchasing the piece I needed, my sister and I were ready to go when I stopped just at the exit and looked around. I decided then and there to give it a shot - trade in the Frontier for something more reliable. I didn't think i'd be able to so I figured hey, maybe they'd just take it from me! NEVER in my wildest dreams did I think I was going to be able to trade in my 2007 Nissan Frontier lemon that I only had for a year, for a 2014 Nissan Sentra (which wasn't used!!!!!!). Mary Keiper was excellent and I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with their current vehicle and is looking to get out of it. She was willing to listen and attempt to find me a vehicle of my liking and desires and even though that didn't work, she didn't give up and found me a beautiful RELIABLE Sentra. I had been looking for a car for a few weeks and I had already been to 3 other places. I DO NOT like buying a car. The process is ridiculous. The game gets played with the salesperson " asking" for a lower number from their manager and the negotiations can sometimes get a little tense. But this dealership was different. We started working with newer young man Craig Lashley. He listened to what we wanted and genuinely tried help us get what we were looking for rather than force us into a position best suited for the dealer. His manager Nate was also amazing and very likeable. We found a vehicle we wanted and the numbers matched up well. The Finance Manager Jeff was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us to get the warranty and other services we wanted. Over all it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. PS. I've owned many Nissans in my life and have been a loyal Abeloff customer since moving to the area 2 years ago. It's so RARE to find a dealer that you can trust. Janice and her team in the service department are some of the best. I never feel like I'm being lied to, talked down to or pressured to get some kind of service I don't really need for the car. I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from them this weekend - a 2016 Rogue. Brandon was my salesman and Drew was my finance guy. Both of them were great. Never once did I feel like someone was trying to be shifty or pull any tricks with me. I previously bought a car through Brian C., who's also an upstanding guy and someone I'd recommend there as well. I just bought my Nissan Sentra from Abeloff Nissan it was a great experience. The sales person who helped Brandon Woodson was awesome I had just got into an accident where my car was totaled. Brandon helped me get approved for the car and helped me out tremendously when I was having trouble getting the information needed from the bank who was the lien holder on my totaled car. He kept me up to date on what was going on and made it where I was able to finally pick up the car and did not take any time at all. He then before I left made sure I knew where everything was and if I had any questions to give him a call. What I learned! In my search for a new Frontier I reached out to a total of three Nissan dealers. Have very little success with the first two I decided to travel to Abeloff which is an hour from my home. As I can report worth the effort and time. I was greeted by a polite , knowledgeable and very professional salesman by the name of Ramon , I highly recommend him if you desire someone who has your interest in mind to help you with this very important purchase. I can only state from my experience Ramon is the type of person you would want to deal with. In fact if I owned the dealership it is the type of person I would desire to represente my company. I had my Nissan NV 2500 for a year (bought used from a different dealer). Brought it to Abeloff's for state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Service Manager, Tim advised the brake calipers were rusted beyond expectation. This issue was overlooked by the dealer that did the last inspection on the van because apparently, I was using the front brakes for the whole year. Tim, and at times 3 mechanics, worked diligently on my brakes. They couldn't be completed by the end of the day, but was promised by the next morning. Thanks Abeloff for using due diligence when completing a state inspection. I'm also thankful they went easy on my wallet and very reasonable considering they worked on the matter for hours. This was our second purchase at Abeloff Nissan. We purchased an Xterra a few years ago and John Manning was the most helpful salesman we have dealt with. He did not try to sell us anything we were not interested in. Our truck has 185,000 miles and it is still going strong. We have had no major issues with the truck in five years. We returned to Nissan because we decided to get a car. Again we only wanted to deal with John. He was once again GREAT and are so pleased with our 2013 Altima...John is very helpful and allows the buyer to take their time in deciding what best suits them. My experience Abeloff Nissan was outstanding! I typically got my vehicles services at another dealership. Since Matt Kelly left that dealership i felt more like a sale rather than the family feeling Matt provided while being at the other dealership. Matt keeps in touch regularly and assured me that if I come up to Abeloff I would experience some great service. We had an InfinityQX60 and just wanted to look for something new and at the same time pay less on our insurance but for some reason no one wanted to work with us and were given then "take it or leave it" treatment. So when we had given up for the day. Driving back we came across we liked what we saw outside with Abeloff Nissan and decided to give it our last try. I step out thinking they were close (they were) but were still seen. Considering that it was 4th of July weekend we weren't rushed, we felt the welcome. I went to 3 different dealerships before I went to Abeloff Nissan. We were told at all 3 different ones that nope sorry we can't do what you want. So we went in on Tuesday morning around 9:30am and met with Tristan as our car salesman. He was wonder full. He tried all he could possible to stay in our budget range. He kept asking if we wanted water or coffee. Well it came down to numbers and he said don't worry you will be leaving here today one happy person. We just leased a 2018 Rogue and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We had called first but arrived about 25 minutes early. After a 1 hour and 15 min ride we had a friendly greeting at the showroom door and got escorted right to the service area lounge. Our salesperson was finishing up working with another couple and came over a few minutes later. The price ended up being $40 a month cheaper than my local dealerships best offer.
