It was Christmas Eve and we were amazed at how professional they were and that they were able to help us with only about 8-9 store employees. We gave it four stars because they were considerably packed and the dressing room wait was about 20 minutes per lady. This is because they closed down the VS Pink store next-door's dressing room and so everyone who needed to try on VS Pink items had to come over to Victoria's Secret to use their dressing room. Also there was only one dressing room attendant and so it made it very difficult to get in and out and try your items on. The line to check out also was very slow but they had the nicest African-American women checking everyone out of the store and they moved as fast as possible. The only issue I saw was that were unnecessary to make the purchases and this delayed the cashiers from having smooth and quick transactions take place. We hope that they have better staffing next year for the Holiday Rush.

I walked further and at least found a whole wall socks. They at least had a smart wool socks and they were on sale for $13 a pair. I was able to buy almost $200 worth of socks for both of us. At least our feet will be warm the rest of the cool cold weather until spring returns. Might be good to swap out socks today, it's bitterly cold outside. The checkout area reminds me of a TJ Maxx or Marshalls. It announces when the cashier is free and their number for their counter.

This store will NOT take any online returns. Jos A Bank's return policy online states that returns on items purchased over 90 days ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT and must be returned in store. How the hell is corporate OK with this little shit branch going against their policy? I guess they can't enforce it, hence why this brand is garbage. The store attendant made a case of observing that I was returning 7 different items (6 purchased within the last week and 1 purchased over 90 days), and stated "You have too many returns, we no longer accept internet returns." Had I had only 1 item to return it probably wouldn't have been a problem. I was in the store on the phone with customer service when corporate denied any changes to their policy... so who is to believe and who is to blame? 1 star to corporate because they can't keep their branches in line, 1 star to this location because they're pissy the online store is "killing their business".
