When I did see a PA for the wound that should have been dressed by a urgent care they called the fire department and a ambulance! What a waste of county resources! I was transferred to a local er that was on lock down. I sat in that hospital ER for 16 hours overnight! When The ER physician was finally free to help me hours later, he said I do not understand why your doctors urgent care could not address this simple injury. They should have dressed it with a topical antibiotic cream. I wholeheartedly agree. When I tried to talk to the to the office manager the next day, I was unheard and treated disrespectfully. Then she sent a certified letter to me a few weeks later terminating the Dr patient relationship with a CC to their attorney! Can we say passive - agressive implied threat? How completley silly and a unprofessional Hippa violation! One more sketchy note: they sell in office Iv treatments that are bagged like a convenience store sale item. While some of them may help for jet lag , flu and hangovers I take exception to the one called the "Myers cocktail" They imply in their literature and web site that it can help a wide list of diseases including dementia , Alzheimer's,... need I say more? Ok... my mother is dying right now from this horrible disease I know ALOT about it. I did mention to the office manager that It felt a bit scammy and wrong to imply that a vitamin Iv would help Alzheimer's. 99% of neurologists will tell you that a cocktail iv might offer a small vitamin boost. It will not help or slow down the diseases listed in the advertising for this Myers Cocktail. The two offices in this practice are not wheelchair accessible, based on my experience I feel the staff lacks ada, cultural and mental health competence.

The people are the best rehab experts in the Inland Empire. I came to them with a great deal of pain. They gave me the routine and told me what needed to be done and I was wary of the instructions because, lets face it, most of these operations are scams. I have been to every one of these operations as far south as San Diego and as far north as Palmdale and they are all light weight bs artists who just got their "degree" from the fly by night Cali credential office, and Able Physical Therapy is head and shoulders above the rest. I completed their program and my mobility on my right foot is 95% better than when I first hobbled into their gym with ten out of ten pain. I believed that the damage was irreversible. The routines are simple. The workouts are light, but the technique is expert level. These women know what they are doing. Highly recommend. I am a very satisfied customer. I write this recommendation because their service is unheard of in this era of fly-by-night operations. If you are looking for healing, this is the location. When my doctor recommends therapy in the future, I am running back to this spot with the quickness. Why am I able to run back to these experts? Because my foot is healed! read more

I called to set up my appt and of course I had a zillion questions . The person over the phone that helped me was Bobbi and she sounded very calm and friendly, and professional. What I liked is that she offered several appt dates that could work out for me. She also let me know what to expect when I got there, because I never been to physical therapy before. After I hung up I thought "wow" that's a first. She answered all of my questions and did not seem rushed or frustrated.. the day of my appt I was able to thank her for being helpful and allowing me to feel at ease with the whole situation. Most offices jus wanna get to the next phone call, but she was awesome and even more pleasant in person, and she is gorgeous by the way.. the rest of the staff were nice to but I give Bobbi 5 kudos and want to say thank you! read more

Sceptical about going to therapy but from the moment I arrived front desk girls made you feel welcomed Kathy Bobbi and Regina. The first day I only interacted with front desk ladies and one therapist Janet who was very nice and didn't mind all the questions I had to ask. They were quick to get me in for treatment and after going a few times I would feel better not only physically but mentally as well. You will have a great time especially with raylene and Jose they will have you laughing the whole time your there. Definitely recommend able physical therapy. read more

To Start off the staff is AMAZING! They treat you like if you were family and I love that. I have had Reylene assisting me with my therapy and she makes it very fun and enjoyable every time! I am so grateful to have received guidance and care from Jasmine at The Body Center. I injured my…read moreankle in November and was not seeing any progress with the PT I was receiving through my health insurance due to only seeing them once every two weeks. I started seeing Jasmine twice/week at the end of January and she slowly introduced exercises to help me strengthen, stabilize, and stretch my ankle (as well as my hips, thighs, and calves). Jasmine made a point to understand what my "normal" was before my injury and incorporated exercises that eventually got me back to the activities I enjoy doing. I really appreciate that she explained what the exercises were meant to do, how/where I should be feeling them, and was always willing to answer questions/concerns I had about my progress. Everyone I encountered over the four months I received care was helpful, friendly, and approachable. I highly recommend The Body Center and, though I hope I don't need PT anytime in the future, I would absolutely return if needed.
