Front Office was so nice and everyone who helped me really cared will definitely be coming back for my therapy once I come back from school.I read the other review and was unsure about how I would be treated from the front office but, I did not see a guy working in the front. So I guess they have made changes to staff. Which from what I read is a great thing for me. There was a lot of help in the back and everyone seemed to be helping a patient. When I came their was a mixture of kids and adults which allowed me to see how the PT/Aides interacted with different age groups. SO MUCH FUN and LOLs. Have not had trouble with my insurance yet so IDK about that. OH and although the tables are a little wore out the equipment was fairly new and someone would spray the machine before you got on. I have mixed reviews about this place. However those that are deserving of a good review should get one. Ariel has gone above and beyond to help my kid feel comfortable and welcomed. Even when she is busy and the phones are ringing, Ariel is still attentive to us. I cant say the same for the rest of the staff which is what others are not. Therefore my mixed feelings. The therapist Manta is extremely rude, not only to patients but I've heard her be rude to co-workers. Something like that should not be happening in a professional environment. While I give Ariel 5 stars, the Therapist gets one. read more

I have to say that the front desk girls were very aproachable and back office was on point and I felt better instantly. I fell down from a flight of stairs a few years back and had Physical therapy before but the pain has come back. I was reffered to this clinic by my doctor and have to say that they did a fantastic job doing so. I cant wait for my sessions to be done so that I can manage the pain levels agian. I would like to shout out Maribel who was kind enough to let me in the clinic before they opened so that I could sit down. read more

Thank you Maribel and everyone else at Able!! I went to you guys for my post shoulder recovery! They were more than helpful with my speedy recovery and now I am able to live a healthy and normal life ! Could not have done it without all of you! This has been the best experience I ever had in. First of all, all the staff is really friendly. They are really kind and very helpful when taking care of me. The environment of the place is really nice. Exercises were very helpful. Since the day I first came here to the last day, I have never felt better. My knee is very strong. Amazing staff!! Amazing location so close to my house!! Thank you to everyone but especially to Maribel ! I recommend everyone to come here ! They care about there patients ! I did not like how dirty the bathrooms were. They have to be redone. This im guessing has to do with the managers of the building which is not ables fault. The mirror in the bathroom fell and gave me a heart attack when I was in there. So thanks but no thanks I will hold my needs next time. read more

I had problems with my neck for so many years and my doctor referred me to see a physical therapist. The physical therapist Mamta Shah has helped me beyond words. After few sessions, my neck pain and stiffness are already improved at least by 50%. Mamta is very attentive, respectful, eager to help, and she is very good at her job. I arrived early and was a little confused if I had an appointment here or at the other physical therapy in the building next door. But Maribel was super polite and patient with me as she looked it up on the computer. I'm writing this review because she helped me even thought the office was not open yet. "This was my second round up of therapy with Able Physical Therapy. The therapist's here are very knowledgeable and helped me a great deal. I was in a lot of pain when I first started due to a bad lower back. I made significant improvement and reduced my pain a great bit. Maribel is very attentive and has a wonderful personality. I had a great experience with physical therapy here. Mamta was an awesome physical therapist. She is able to pinpoint exactly where your problems are and explain how to deal with them. Not to long ago I hurt my knee training to complete my first marathon on the day of my birthday to challenge myself. I was stuck with a lot of pain and the Able physical therapy team has been able to increase my treatment plan so I can still finish my marathon in time . Thank you guys and Maribel for all the help!
