Which, I'd been nervous about after I mistakenly went to a 'holistic' dentist for that, which cost so much, and took very long to redo. I had to go to a perio specialist, then to put my zirconia implant crown on, Dr Edwards did a whole procedure to do that perfectly. And I'm very grateful to him that I can now chew normally and not worry about it anymore. Being born without an adult tooth is no picnic, but luckily there are pros like Dr E to help us out with these things in life.

When I scheduled for my third visit I asked to be placed with my original hygienist. Was told no problem. When I showed up, I was placed back with the second hygienist (the rude one) as the first person I saw was no longer on staff. I was also told that I was due for an exam that day. I didn't have time for an exam that day, and they almost didn't see me for the cleaning even though I was already in the office. It took me arguing with the hygienist for five minutes just to get service I was scheduled for. There are no shortages of friendly dental offices in the area. I would find another.

My partner booked an appointment about 6 months prior and day of the appointment because of lack of accsesible transportation arrived 13 minutes late. Now I work in healthcare, yes over 10 minutes is pushing it but they attempted to call beforehand and they arrived before the 15 minute cut off (which I feel like is the general rule) Upon arrival the front desk worker was incredibly dismissive and showed no empathy. It seemed as though they had some sort of a power trip by saying "you are 16 minutes late" after they had been talking for 3 minutes. Additionally, she said you can just wait here to see if the next appt slot showed up. So instead of seeing for a shorter visit or at least allowing any interaction with the dentist, she just told my partner you must sit there and wait for 45 minutes. Once the 4pm visit showed up she made my partner wait another 15 minutes and said no one can see them. This was April, she then said she could not schedule them until August. And this is medicaid!! It is not like we have a choice of providers, we are assigned this dental group so to be dismissed and disregaurded really sucked. And reading the reviews shows this is not out of character! This office is not delivering compassionate and informed care, they really do not seem to give a crap. Having this person at the front desk either means they do know and just don't care or they do not know how bad it is and are not holding employees accountable. Whole experience was ridiculous and I can't belive these people work with vulnerable populations such as those who use medicaid. Ridiculous!

During the consult, the technicians weren't terribly sociable, they took the x-rays, delivered the information but definitely seemed rushed. When Dr. Rad came in he too seemed a little rushed, flustered....this made my daughter anxious as he repeated questions a couple times. I think some of this is made more difficult by all of us speaking through masks. Day of the surgery however, we were greeted by Surgical Asst. Kriss; who was great with my daughter. My daughter said she gave her a blanket and a pillow, talked with her, made her feel very comfortable when she was really scared pre-op. My daughter only remembers Kriss from the whole procedure and frankly she's a big reason for the 4 stars; in my daughters words, "she's the best!" She thoroughly and patiently went over all post-op instructions and was just overall very pleasant and caring. I called 5 days post op and spoke with Kriss, she was just as informative and helpful again. The woman at the front desk is very friendly as well. But I do think they could work on it feeling a little more warm and inviting during the consult; less salesy and rushed.

She responded very quickly to my message quickly when I expressed dissatisfaction with my hair afterward, and offered to redo the color but I'd rather wait for my hair to grow out as it's several inches too short and already has layers of color in it. I arrived at 11am for an appointment that my confirmation said would last until 1:30pm and we didn't finish until 4pm. She did my cut first and then did the baby lights- they added nice color and dimension to the hair as desired. But she then did my roots and combed the color through. While my color was processing, someone arrived for a haircut and had their haircut done while my color sat. Around 45 minutes later, my color was washed out and was darker than I expected- most of the baby lights were no longer visible. She mentioned the color will fade to be lighter as expected, but the result was surprising. I also asked for 2 inches or so to be cut, and mentioned I wanted to be able to put my hair in a ponytail still. When facing the mirror, the length was going great and she showed me it could still go in a ponytail. When turned around, I lost several inches for some reason and there was no going back. She took off even more in the back, and I left unable to put my hair in a ponytail. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication and she thought I wanted the grow out to be able to be in a ponytail, but I don't think so since she initially showed me she could put it in a ponytail. By 4pm I was tired and hungry and ready to get home- she asked if I wanted to see the hair blown out and styled which I did but just wasn't up for given the 5 hours I'd been there so I said no. There was also another person waiting for their 4pm appointment to start. When I did straighten it at home, I was surprised by my hair. I've gotten cuts that suit curly hair on many occasions and have always been able to wear the cuts straight too. This cut when straight appears uneven and choppy. The transition to the short back is awkward. She'd mentioned that at the end she'd go through and do any evening, cutting of long pieces etc needed but by then, as I'd mentioned, someone had shown up for another appointment at 4 and no additional cutting was done. I'm not sure if it was an off day, if my hair just took a few hours longer than expected or if she typically stacks appointments but things seemed rushed between the clients. I've never had someone try to do a whole haircut while dye sits on and I felt like my dye was likely left on too long due to it which resulted in the darker hair and missing baby lights. I've included pictures of my hair before the appointment length wise, what I asked for, and what I got. Given the many positive reviews, I'd say this could be chalked up to an off experience but given the starkly different results I thought it was worth sharing.

I just had my teeth whitened at Smile Labs, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. The results are amazing- very natural white and very noticeable difference. I've tried all of the at home options- trays, strips, lights and never gotten results that I was hoping for. Plus, they were always ridiculously time consuming. Smile Labs was fast and easy. I chose to do the two fifteen minute treatments back to back, and definitely saw a big difference after the second treatment. I also got the aftercare remineralization treatment in office. There is a take home option for this that is a little cheaper, but I'd rather have it all done at once and not have to think about it again, so it was worth the small extra price. I experienced no pain or sensitivity, and the whole experience was easy and relaxing. Lisa is also awesome and great to talk to. If I hadn't had a mouth full of whitener, I could have chatted with her all day. Plus she played great music! Highly recommend- worth the money especially considering all I have spent on at home treatments that don't really do much. Can't stop smiling! read more

I live in Eugene, but went here (Feb-Oct 2022) because I thought I had to go to Portland for a good…read morePMUA (PMU artist). Megan did great with my brows, only went over them 2-3 times. Did go too far in on one side, but my new PMUA went over it with saline which pushed the ink out. She seems to need more training for eyeliner and lips as she went over mine 7+ times. I did want a more intense/dark look, but even after the 7th+ time, my eyeliner/lips only held ~70% of the ink. Pics are from after 1st/2nd time and least time (7th/8th?). I have a LOT of experience with body tattoos and I know everybody's body holds ink differently. After going to my new PMUA in W. Eugene, I realize that my face skin doesn't hold ink great, but it should not have taken this many times to get the ink to hold if using proper technique. It also risked scar tissue forming. She also tried to camouflage a few of my small scars, but they turned orange so my new PMUA had to saline remove them. Megan is such a kind, wonderful person, but I cannot recommend her for anything except brows until she gets further training. Good/dark PMU photo is from new PMUA who only went over eyeliner/lips ~4 times. Message me for the name. New PMUA is a former ICU RN and has a strong medical background.

In a effort to help combat my hair loss I started the PRP hair restoration treatment. I purchased the PRP package which includes 4 sessions and a bonus micro needling session as well. At the time of purchase I paid $1500 and now the price is $1800 listed on their website. Keep in mind in addition to this treatment I was seeking additional medical treatment to address the root causes of hair loss for me and did a change in diet and supplements. I believe the treatments helped reduce hair loss and boost regrowth. The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. For the most part I never felt pressured to continue to purchase products or treatments, as medical spas can have that vibe. I wish this service was at a more affordable and accessible price for people like me who suffer from hair loss as you can see where I started and the new growth. Dr, Chad was the best! I would recommend appointments with him. I will be back for future treatments as needed and have/would recommend them!

The machine was of great quality because I didn't need to go back. As someone on the autism spectrum, people have tried to take advantage of me. Four months ago I paid double of what Natalia charges, and the aesthetician tech missed several spots on my face and said "it will come out in the wash". No longer believing in "you get what you pay for" I decided to give Groupon a try, which generally is a bad idea for micro-needling, but I got lucky with Natalia. She was extremely thorough, sanitary, non-biased, kind, and professional. She took so much time on me and put a lot of effort into my face. Note that with Groupon, she made 1/3 of what I was charged elsewhere, yet treated me better and did a better job. I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my great experience, and leave an honest review. You are in great hands. Before and 3 days after: My acne was no longer active when I went in for the procedure
