Totally incompetent. The tow truck driver towed my volvo hybrid suv without a flatbed and damaged my windshield in the process. I was rear ended at a stoplight and Above All Collision made the whole experience as positive as it could be. They were fast and thorough in their initial inspection, finished a day early, made the back end look brand new, and cleaned the car inside and out. In March 2025 our car was rear ended by a distracted driver (3rd time in ~5 years). Our auto insurance company is AAA, they had the vehicle towed to their preferred repair shop, Above All Collision. About a month later we got the car back and it looked great, like new. Several weeks later I felt a loss of traction in the rears on wet pavement and was shocked to see that all the tread was gone on the rears. I brought the car back to Above All and they informed me that they had forgotten to do the alignment after the repairs, they took full responsibility, seemed genuinely apologetic and immediately went out to get me a new set of tires. However, since this is an AWD vehicle, I suggested that all 4 may need to be replaced because it's not healthy for the transmission to have markedly different tread depths on AWD vehicles. They informed me that the fronts were at 7/32 so they would be fine with the new rears. Ok, they had been polite and professional with me so I believed them. Three weeks later I had an oil change done and they informed me that the rear wheels were out of alignment and the front tires were 3/32 not 7/32. So I have 3/32 on the front and 10/32 on the rears, not good. I returned to Above All feeling that I had probably been lied to about the tread depth, but perhaps it was another honest mistake. However, this time I was told that they needed to get documentation from the Toyota dealership that having 3/32 on the fronts and 10/32 on the rears is actually a problem for AWD vehicles, then they would have to submit a claim to AAA to see if they would cover the costs. What?? Isn't it basic automotive knowledge about tire tread concordance for AWD vehicles, and why would AAA ever agree to replace the front tires, it wasn't a consequence of the accident it was caused by Above All's failure to do alignment during the repair process. I felt that I was getting the runaround but he said "I'm going to call Grappone Toyota right now and I'll call you". No call for a few hours so I returned, he never called Grappone (why would he, the whole story was obviously a lie that made no sense). Up to this point I had always kept a calm and professional demeanor, but it was obvious that I had been repeatedly lied to so I just said straight away "you were never going to call me back, were you?". Finally a small thread of truth comes out "we're not replacing your front tires, not our responsibility". It is there responsibility because the only reason I needed any tires is because they failed to do the alignment during the original repair. When I confronted the guy about lying to me about the fronts being 3/32 not 7/32 he said that the difference was from "wear and tear". What?? in 3 weeks my front tires went from 7/32 to 3/32? That's not possible, then they suggested that I was the dishonest party trying to get new tires "how do we know that you didn't drive to New York?" What?? My tires went from 7/32 to 3/32 from driving from NH to NY, absolutely ridiculous. Above All botched the original repair then lied to me about the tires allowing me to drive away with mismatched tires that they knew could damage my transmission and I ended up having to buy two new tires out of my own pocket. Liars and frauds, they should change the name to Above All Crooks. read more

I brought my car to Above All Collision for repair as they were the preferred auto body shop for the insurance company held by the individual who hit me. This shop is over an hour away from my house, but the preferred status enticed me because the insurance company would honor the quality of the repair for the life of the car. When we brought the car for the initial adjuster inspection, they provided me with a date in which to drop off the vehicle and mentioned the rental care would be taken care of in-house as they're affiliated with the local rental car business. This proved to be false as when I dropped the car off the rental company was unable to provide me a vehicle and I was forced to have a friend drive over an hour away to pick me up only to bring me back the following day to obtain a vehicle. They did not communicate with me, or their affiliated rental company on progress or expected completion so I was forced to renew the rental agreement numerous times. When the vehicle was completed I noted multiple deficiencies with their quality of work and was told "The person who deals with this scenario is out" numerous times and would contact me when they returned. They continued to dismiss my claims and I had to take the vehicle home. After multiple emails to their business they did not communicate further. I called numerous times and the story stayed the same - they did not cause the damage to the vehicle (despite their photographic evidence supporting that they most definitely did). Inevitably I had to get the insurance company involved again and it was determined that they did not follow the required protocols for their adjustment inspections in the first place. Once the insurance company was involved we made some progress because it seemed as though they wanted to keep their preferred status. They wanted me to bring the vehicle back to them to "look at it". I communicated with the insurance company that after what I've gone through already, I didn't feel comfortable bringing the vehicle back to them for more "repairs". It's amazing the quality of work and customer service that you see when there's no direct monetary exchange. You're just another check box for the insurance company. Do your research and hopefully you have a better experience. read more

Our car was towed after it sustained damage in a snow storm. The company initially seemed helpful and said they would fix the wheel and suspension damage, however after holding the car for two days, they said they fixed the wheel and charged us $500 . When we took the car out, we realized they did nothing but change the hubcap of a wheel that wasn't even damaged. I had to call road side assistance to help me tow my nondrivable car to another mechanic shop to actually fix the damage. read more

"Above All" must stand for charges "above all" others in the business. This review is for tow charges and I would give this company not only the worst possible rating but will also be writing to the AG's office to file an official complaint and request an investigation into the predatory price gouging practices of this company. It should be criminal the way this company takes advantage of families' misfortune when forced to pay jacked up mandatory tow fees even when they have AAA or other private pay tow services, because this company is one that the state contracts with for removing vehicles from highways after an accident. The accident was caused by a medical emergency the driver had (possible seizure or acute onset of a chronic medical condition. My son is currently in the hospital as a result). His car rolled into the median guard rail on 93 S in Bow NH , about 4 miles away from Above All Collision, and he had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. The car had minimal damage (scrathes and dents), was driveable and could have been driven off the road or driven home that same day if any family members were notified. He also had his dog in the car. The state troopers who worked the scene had to identify my son by the registration because his phone and wallet were not readily available (Under seat in the car), and he was unable to respond to their questions. The state trooper left information about where the car and dog had been taken with the ER that was relayed to us when we arrived at the hospital. (We only found out about the accident after calling around local ER's when he didn't show up to our house as planned). It was a Saturday around 3pm and we wanted to pick up the car but were told they were closed and we couldn't pick up the car until Monday. I felt if that's the case we shouldn't be charged for the weekend since they don't allow access to the car. Weekend access should come with the territory when you're in any business like this. Accidents don't just happen during "work week". Other companies have "on call" hours. When I called on Monday I was told the charges to pick up the car that had been there less that 48 hours , was $995!!!!!! I expected $225 tow was reasonable and the storage fee for a day or two. They charged a full $85 a day for 3 days even if the car is only there an hour or two of any calendar day. But still. I accept that storage charge is standard. . But the others charges Included a slew of frivolous redundant charges : $115 "extra mileage" (4 mile tow), $125 "special equipment" (there was no need for anything special), $150 "labor" , $75 "clean up" (there were no broken or loose parts on scene). $50 "administration" fee which I later learned was for the phone call they had to make for Concord PD to pick up the dog to take to the shelter. I would have been happy to pay $50 had they bothered to call a family member or his live in GF to pick up the dog! None of us could afford to pick up the car as we did not have $995 between us. I expressed shock at the excessive fees and said we couldn't afford that and appealed to negotiate since we would be paying out of pocket. (most places do). She said she would check with the owner and get back to me. (She never did). I asked what happens if we can't pick up the car and she replied after 30 days it would be considered abandoned and sold. What a business practice ...charge so much owners can't pick up their vehicles and then claim the property as abandoned! So, since it is the state police who mandate the tow with their contracted company rather than waiting to allow AAA or other private drivers to remove the car , I wrote to the State Trooper who worked the scene to make him aware of the predatory price gouging being forced on families in crisis after an accident. Thankfully, the trooper forwarded my email to his Supervising Sargent, who went above and beyond his duties by choosing to intercede on my behalf, contacting the company himself. He was able to get the charges reduced to $420. While still higher than any I've ever paid for same services on a weekend (typically $250-$350) I was SOO relieved because I was able to raise that amount and pick up the car. Now I can focus on my son and his medical issues. While I had a good outcome, it was not to the credit of the company but only because the trooper interceded. Had he not, the car would have had to be "abandoned", a 2016 Chevy Cruz he still has 4 years more worth of payments to make at 22% interest! I am grateful to the trooper for choosing to get involved. The company should be dropped from any and all state contracts and investigated for malpractice. read more

Forced to use this service due to a Black Ice accident on Interstate 89. Originally called for AAA road service, along with the NH State Police were also notified. Once notified the NH State Police decided to take it upon themselves to also call for a tow truck. Enter Above All Collision Center, their tow truck shows up and claims they were AAA, and that also the tow would be covered if we had the car towed to their location, THAT WAS A LIE!!! The vehicle was towed to their shop, this all happened on Black Friday, so the shop was closed that Friday and the entire weekend, so no way to actually get the car out of their shop. Monday comes along and first thing in the morning we call the shop to arrange for the car to get picked up and brought to a shop that is local to us, not 2 hours away. Now we are told it's going to cost us $1260 to get our car out, that was the cost of the tow + storage + other bullshit fraud charges, which came up to a total of $1260. This was all a bunch of BS and if not for our Insurance covering that cost and refunding us the money, we would be out those funds. I am in the process of speaking with NH State Police to never use this company again, as they use predatory tactics and screw the people out of money. The sad part is if you look this place up, we are not the first they have done this too, and we won't be the last. NEVER USE THIS PLACE THEY ARE CRIMINALS!!!!!!!! read more

Very disappointed with how we were treated. I have brought multiple vehicles here for repair. The third vehicle took over a month to repair and I didn't complain or get upset about it. I just tolerated it. This last time is rediculous. was never told there would be a storage fee for everyday it was onsite if the insurance company were to total a vehicle. Instead they just let it sit until insurance came back with a decision of TOTALED. And now have we have bill over 3K for it to be on their lot because they aren't getting the payment for the repairs. If I was told this could happen from the very beginning, then I would have stayed in touch with the insurance company to get an answer immediately and get it off of their lot. Will never recommend this place or go here ever again. We own a business with a fleet of cars and I will be going else where. read more

I was recommended/given the name of Above All Collision Center and called immediately called. I was blown away to find out from the driver that not only would my car be taken care of (one stop shopping) mechanically but he would proved me with transportation. The staff was polite and answered every question I was kept up to date with my car's progress and the quality of the work was first place. I could not be happier with my overall experience and will return for general service...... I would later find that the company was family owned and operated, which made all the sense in the world.
