I've worked with countless companies and contractors to do construction, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, floors, and so on. EuroMarble is the worst experience I had by far. They have done everything wrong. Look at the attached pictures to see for yourself. I'm posting this to save others the agony and damage this company brought me. Even before they started the installation, their communication is terrible. Try to call the company and see how the person answers the phone. Then, an employee arrived to measure and take templates. He made a bunch of mistakes that they later blamed on me. I hired them to do a professional job and they expect me to do the work for them. The worst part was the installation itself. The installers were flat out rude. They damaged our floors and took no measures what so ever to protect and clean their environment. They chipped some of the stone panels and failed to fix it. The drilled crooked holes for our fixtures, and they installed unpolished stone that still had the manufacturer print on it on a visible side. And lastly the sink they installed. A month after they were done with the installation, our sink just crashed into the cabinet underneath. See pictures. As I'm writing this post we still don't have an operational sink in our kitchen. Avoid at all costs.

We are so impressed by this place. Although they have more limited stone options especially when…read moreyou look at the front showroom where a lot of the stone says sold out, we found a stone design that worked well for our kitchen renovation project by looking at the larger stone slabs in the back. Since we came with a diagram and measurements of the slabs ready, we received a quote on the spot, and we were shocked that the quote was about half the price of a nearby competitor and a fraction of the price of estimates for stone and installation online. They were very accommodating and super helpful generally. Once we paid for the stone in person a few weeks later, we went to the back to choose the 3 slabs. They were helpful in telling us which slabs might not be as nice considering we wanted smaller patterns. Then on the day of our kitchen renovation, the men who came to cut and sand the stone in our kitchen and took the whole day. They were really careful and made sure it fit perfectly. It was messy but that's all part of the renovation project. Grateful we found them!

I actually stumbled across this place from googling/yelping locations. This was the cheapest and met our needs with NO issues. I guess what we were looking for was a little bit particular so it was a challenge. Since they also do cabinets, we inquired about the cabinetry. We were pleasantly surprised they were able to honor our specific request with no additional surcharge. The price for replacing our countertop and adding unique cabinets was very reasonable, we were very pleased. Pauline helped us and she is very helpful and nice. She was very responsive to our concerns and answered all our questions. As a first renovation, it's important to also never make any assumption and ask lots of questions. Since they are a cabinet and stone place, don't assume they will take care of plumbing or electrical. I asked about this beforehand so I was fully aware what was included and not included in the price. The people showed up that day and finished the job exactly as expected. There is one little thing about the work that day that bother me is that they used one of my clean bowls in the cabinets to store some old faceplates. I prefer they would have asked before touching anything in the cabinets and using them for something. I would have used something else to store the faceplates. The TLDR/most important…read moretakeaways are: make your order in person and be assertive about asking for help rather than waiting for staff to come to you First, I visited every place that sold countertop and tile in the east Bay Area. USSS&T had the best prices by a significant amount. I looked at all their options, got quotes, and went home to think about it. I ended up returning in person to place my order, and I STRONGLY recommend anybody who wants to place an order do so in person. Most of the staff do not seem to have English as their first language so a miscommunication might be more likely to happen over the phone. Also, when I picked the stone I wanted for my countertop, they actually allowed me into the warehouse area where I was permitted to pick which slab I wanted of the ones available. That's not an experience most places will offer. They helped us load the tile into our car and we scheduled a time for them to install the countertop. Brief note that I emailed them about making an order the same morning that I decided to go in person, and they took over two weeks to reply to my email. So again, ORDER IN PERSON. They arrived at the time they'd said they would. I will say they told me they'd arrive "after 1pm", and the day of installation around 11am I got a call from USSS&T saying the installation guys would actually be arriving an hour early, at noon. They ended up arriving at 1pm anyways. So they got right down to business, very efficient and polite, made sure to check in with me and my contractor at each step. The whole thing was done in about 1.5 hours. I really recommend them. I also want to note that some other reviews mention the staff members seem unenthusiastic or rude. There's obviously a cultural difference here. The staff members were never rude or anything to me, they were very professional. If you want help at the store you can't just wait around hoping for somebody to approach you. You have to go up to a staff member and ASK to be helped. At this point they are happy to help and will be very efficient. They are also all knowledgable so no matter who you get to help you they'll be able to answer any question you have.

As the installation date approach, we decide to also get some upper for laundry room which was a last-minute decision, but US Superior Stone and Tile and Cabinets without missing a beat. Ultimately we decided to have US Superior perform the install as well. We could not be more impressed with the service from start to finish. Fast forward to 2026, we had a couple cabinet repairs to be addressed. I called them out fully expecting to pay for any repairs. Randi sent their team out to address the issues which took all of an hour, if that. To my surprise there was no charge. I truly appreciate US Superior for not only delivering a great product but standing behind it!

We ultimately purchased from them because they carried certain brands and had it in stock. We had a great experience here at The Tile Outlet!…read more We were looking to redo a walk-in shower in our main bath. The old shower was typical builder grade materials that had not aged well over 14 years, yet the remainder of the bathroom was still in fine shape. Our biggest concern was that contractors would only want to take on a large job (i.e. the whole bathroom) instead of our focused upgrade. We checked numerous other local tile and design shops including the big box stores and just didn't get a great vibe from any of them until we went to The Tile Outlet. We had a pretty specific color/design in mind so didn't need a lot of hand holding, and Rae and Jenna were very helpful from the start in steering us towards what fit our ideas. We ultimately settled on 12x24" tiles for the shower wall, 2x2" mosaics for the floor and shampoo niche, as well as new hardware and glass shower enclosure. We had also decided our shower enclosure would be changing from a dated round glass edge to a straight corner which would necessitate some minor shower footprint changes. We ordered all of our material and it was delivered within a week. Best of all, we discovered that although The Tile Outlet does not have its own installers, it does work with a core group of several contractors and could make a recommendation. We were referred to Alberto Carbajal and could not have been happier. He was super responsive with all communications and provided an upfront estimate for the installation (plus additional supplies as needed). In the end, he and his crew finished the shower in just 7 full work days. They were super neat and respectful to the rest of our home and kept the disruption to a minimum. We are so impressed with the finished product, especially the craftsmanship at all the seams with the tile edge trim which gave it a neat, modern feel. We would not hesitate to use The Tile Outlet again or refer friends and family!

The two people who took my order were totally disinterested in making my order right. They passed the issue back and forth until I finally gave up. I was VERY specific about what I wanted. The doors arrived missing two of the main features. When I called Moulding Direct I was told that Simpson did not offer the features that I had ordered. I knew this wasn't true because I had spoken to San Leandro Door prior about the same exact Simpson Doors which included the features I wanted. The only reason I went with Moulding Direct is because my contractor had a working relationship with them. In addition, one of the doors was broken and had to be repaired on site at MY cost. Disreputable with totally unprofessional business practices.
