Ripped Off I referred this place several times and they earned a lot of money on my referral business. They promised to pay us 20 percent for the referrals we gave them and never did. The owner Misti promised me on several occasions that she would get us paid but has ignored my calls for the last year. We had a septic malfunction, so we had to have everything packed up and taken out of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as our walk-in closet. It was not an easy task but Absolut Restoration was fabulous!!!! Very nice and extremely helpful. They made a daunting task a breeze!!! Every box was marked with the exact spot it was taken from. We recently had a house fire on 3-15-13 and when the time came to remove contents from our home for inventory we had a bad experience with the company that we were originally going to hire for the job. However, Absolut Restoration, a company recommended by our insurance company and a family friend came to the rescue. Absolut Restoration was very professional, nice and real detailed on our inventory sheets. They did an amazing job and we are truly thankful that they helped us during our time of need. Misty one of the owners was very nice and explained everything in detail to us so that there would be no surprises. There was no high pressure tactics and we never felt that we were being taken advantage of which is common after a house fire. We did have an issue that came up during inventory of the contents but that was resolved amicably. Absolut Restoration is a company that has experience and all of their employees work very hard it was a pleasure working with Absolut Restoration and their content team. read more

I would not advise using this company. To show you the thought process of the owner her company damaged my old stove's gas valve in transport. When it was turned back on I could smell gas. I called Southwest Gas and they tagged it as a hazard. Absolut had a repairman check it out and it would be $400 to repair it. I checked with a local store and a new stove would've been $370. The owner decided to repair it because as their GM let me know "I was not entitled to get a new stove." They broke several items which I understand comes with transporting items which I chose to not press the issue but to me the stove was no excuse. read more

The wonderful ladies at Absolut Restoration helped me with a chaise lounge I purchased to reupholster for a specific client request in my glamour portrait studio. It came from a very heavy smoker's home and we were worried we'd have to throw it away. Absolut worked with every aspect from assuring me their process would eliminate the odor, and we completely redesigned the couch from the fabric to repainting all the wood. Thanks to this amazing business I have the most beautiful chaise lounge ever and everyone wants to be photographed in it! And my client loved it too! read more

What a horrible experience! This company was paid IN FULL by our insurance company! They not only never returned all of our furniture and collectibles, but they brought expensive items back that they totally destroyed. They did not bring back items after 16 months--including a hand-carved desk & armoire! They have refused to reply to our Insurance Agent and to us. Insurance fraud!!! read more

Absolut went out to the building and "Wow" the building owner not only because they came out the same day as called but because the cleaning job was fantastic. This horrible company stolen my stuff. Insurance didn't pay there huge fees that they didn't tell me about huge fees. They are so so rude and unprofessional. They are a nightmare. I want all my stuff back. They didn't quote me just handed me a card and walked away. The contractor is in on there scam so she distracted me while they robbed me.I told them I didn't want them to take my stuff so I put in garage told them not to take it. They took it . They are so horrible what they did to me. They stole everything I have ever owned. They stole all of my birthday and Christmas presents that I received over a lifetime. read more

This was a most awful experience! Please go somewhere else! First of all she contracts her work out, so she is charging fees on top of fees, secondly, half my stuff got "lost", thirdly, she claimed she would help and could smell the oder from the fire, and would claim my items unsalvageable from the fire, and promised to go over the report before sending it to insurance. Then avoided all my calls and text messages, because she was too busy partying at the the phoenix open or on vacation and when she did come back still refused to return my calls or text messages. The items she took did not have the chemicals removed and in fact have a worse oder now, on top of the chemicals and fire. The write up that she actually sent to insurance, before discussing with me, was actually the exact opposite of what she promised in person and over the phone, and she wrote up that she smelled nothing and that there is nothing to fix, making me sound like I am imagining things. Furthermore she used scare tactics to upset me greatly. She also proceeded to complain the whole time about her personal problems and personal life which I found highly unprofessional coupled with her refusal to return my calls, emails or text messages for weeks at a time. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else! And yes, her rates are outrageous and you won't even know what she charges till after! 60 dollars to clean a pillow that wasn't even returned to me! and that is just one item, I can go on and on about her fees. It didn't even cost that much to purchase my stuff!!!! read more

I could not have asked for a better experience in the face of significant loss. My house was severely damaged by fire and I had no idea what to expect. Absolut was there the first day to walk through the house with me, asking me to point out items that were important to me and helping me understand what could and could not be saved in a gentle and respectful way. The cataloging of the belongings that were unsalvagable was incredibly detailed. When it was time to return the items that had been cleaned and restored, everything was carefully wrapped, boxed and labeled. read more

I recently had a house flood, and items were found missing from the home that were not damaged or needed to be packed to be sent to storage facility. I brought this to the attention of management, yet nothing was done to investigate further. I patiently waited almost two months, until all packed boxes of items were returned to my home, hoping they would be there, but were not. Having a house flood and losing things to damage, is the worst time to find out that other non damaged items are suddenly missing from home with no explanation or investigation. I lost complete trust in this company and the employees that came out to my home. read more
