She discussed that the service fee would be waived if services were performed. They fixed my drier and works great. However, the fee waiver situation was frustrating and even the technician had difficulty explaining why it wasn't waived. I showed the message sent by the company. Still with no avail. GE refrigerator made unusual humming sound that wasn't there previously. Fridge was about 8-10 years old. Hoped a repair could fix it. Took the technician about 4 minutes to tell me I needed a new refrigerator. He seemed honest about it. Still would be good if they could knock off a bit on the fee if they don't do any work at all under 5 minutes. Now I'm out the cost of a new fridge plus 125 bucks for a couple minutes diagnosis. The technician unscrewed the back of the fridge which I did already and then put it right back together. My advice, find out how old your fridge is by looking up serial number and if it's old just replace it and put the 125 this company charges just to open your fridge doors toward a new fridge. read more

I called to schedule an appointment today after receiving a quote yesterday for a repair on my fridge/freezer. I was immediately told that the compressor on these units was faulty and that if I called the manufacturer I could get the part for free rather than spending $1200 on a new one with install. How about that! A company who is transparent and not just out to take all your money. I called the manufacturer and was told the same information. Tony came out, cleaned and repaired our refrigerator. The Grommet was dirty. This clogged up the drip pan forming ice everywhere. Tony knew exactly what it was from just looking inside freezer. Had Absolute Appliance come out again because I have a broken ice maker. Josh, the tech who was sent out, was one of the kindest and most patient techs I've ever had come out. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the ice maker and answered every question I had. I wish more techs were like Josh and that is why I continue to use Absolute Appliance to service anything I need. In addition, he had to cut the electrical tape to test the wires for the fridge and while most techs would probably jam the wires back into the fridge without wrapping it back up in electrical tape, Josh patiently wrapped the wires back up. I can't begin to express how much I am impressed with this company. I called them yesterday morning. They came out that afternoon and diagnosed my problem right away. From the very first call, when I spoke with Princess I was impressed by the service with a smile personality she had over the phone. She was professional and very pleasant to talk with. But, when Rom came out to see me I was even more impressed. Not only was Rom very professional and helpful. He actually seemed to care about me as a client and as a person. Both my Fridge and Upright Freezer are over 18 years old. So, of course, as luck would have it they are both having issues at the same time. Rom took his time to analyze the issues and offered me realistic solutions in no time. He couldn't have been kinder if I had been his own grandmother. When he left, I called the company with the intention of complimenting him to his Supervisor or Manager. I could hear Princess smiling over the phone when she told me it was very much appreciated but not required. She promised to pass on my compliments. Jack the technician gave me a call to give me a heads up and let me know he was on his way. I thought the gas burners on my stove were not lighting like the should. I called Absolute Appliance Service and was pleasantly surprised a tech could come out that afternoon between 2-6. Shortly before 2, Justin called to say he woukd be at my place in 15 minutes. He arrived within 15 minutes. He checked the burners and found no issue. Which is nice he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He was very knowledgeable about my stove snd had good things to say about. I had an issue with my ice maker in my freezer - basically it would continue to back up until water would pour over everything my freezer and then freeze over. Roman came over to check it out - I explained what was going on and what I had done and he knew exactly what the issue was. He had a part replaced and was out in about a half hour. Everything was working smoothly but I had a different issue come up with the ice maker -essentially it was overfilling. Roman came back, made some adjustments, and made sure everything else was working properly and was out in under a half hour without any additional charges. I use AAS for a broken Bosch Dishwasher. I called and they set me up with a guy to come out the next day. Gentlemen came out right on their quoted time and fixed my issue. Unfortunately i had the same issue occur three days later. I called AAS back up and she had a guy come to my house on the first call the next morning and fix the problem as it was a water pump issue and not a clog as we had thought according to the error code on the dishwasher! Anyway, the young ladies that answered my calls were extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. Both time the gentlemen came on time (calls you 20 minute before he arrives). I also found their pricing to be very fair and reasonable. They want $175 just to come over and look at the problem with a fridge. Then the owner insults me, telling me "I really hope this would work out for you with someone else". Like why wouldn't it work out for another professional to fix a fridge? Later someone else actually fixed it for $55! So how can you charge $175 for not fixing anything, when someone else can charge $55 for actual fix. This is the highest cost I've ever seen for not fixing anything, and I've seen a lot.
