He spent about an hour with me to survey the job and then delivered his quote which was spot on despites some unforeseen anomalies with our house which we know is old and unfortunately, not always up to code. I owned all the equipment, just needed them to run 5.1 speaker wire, wall mount some speakers and wall mount a flat screen TV. Needless to say, my expectations were exceeded. They not only fished great lengths of speaker wire over a ceiling without having to cut a single hole in anything, but programmed everything to work flawlessly. We've been enjoying that home theater ever since. They were so good, I hired them again to install a new flat panel and a Sonos Playbar in our master bedroom. This time a few things happened that I didn't expect. John reached out for feedback the day after the install and I let him know what I wasn't quite happy with (placement of the Playbar wasn't as ideal as I had wanted and removal of a cable I didn't expect them to remove). Maybe it was my fault for not supervising as closely as I should have, but no matter... John offered to have his guy back within a week to make it right. Sometimes things don't go 100% and making it right without a hassle is what sets the great apart from the good. Needless to say, these guys are great.
