Excellent service! I called Keaton on a Saturday morning when I awoke to a woodpecker on the outside of my newly purchased two story house. I had just bought the home, and when I went outside there was already a hole the size of a large softball in the outside wall! The woodpecker had already started a second hole as well close by. I found Keaton's company on Yelp and he was at my house within 2 hours. Not only did he patch the holes, repaint them with my extra paint, but he hung special reflective tape and sprayed a special scented repellent 4 feet down from the eave, on the entire north side of my house that burns the woodpecker's throat if ingested. He was friendly, competent, and very reasonably priced!! It's now been a month since he's been out and I have had a few pecks from the woodpecker, but only for a second. The deterrents are working! No additional holes or problems. PLUS, Keaton noticed while up on the ladder during his visit I had a few pigeon nests under my solar panels and he was able to put up wire netting and power wash my roof on a separate visit to prevent pigeon problems, and Solar City paid for him to come and out do it, since he is an approved vendor. First off this is NOT a fake review! I own my own business in Hawaii (Nakama Door and Screen) We recently purchased a home in El Mirage (thus most of my reviews are for Honolulu businesses.) Keaton is a smart businessman sure to experience continued success, offer honest work, good product and support. Then deliver MORE! Our recently purchased house had a serious bird problem. We planned on contacting a few bird control specialist for estimates. The first gentleman was professional and knowledgeable, Price was 1/3 more than Absolute (this was for a slightly different solution) he showed me the quote on his iPad, but never sent the quote via email for the rest of the family to view. Keaton was the next estimator to come out, and we immediately decided to use his company. He has a very calm and kind demeanor, his co worker is also very nice. Absolute bird and Pest showed up on time, installed cable on our roof peaks and netted around our solar panels. They power washed more than was stated in the quote (second story landing, back and front porch) and fixed broken roof tiles (previously broken from solar installers or previous owner, I confirmed this myself when I inspected the roof weeks prior). I told Keaton to add to the bill, but he said it was no problem and didn't charge us extra. The bill was exactly as quoted. Now the birds are going crazy trying to figure out what happened to their Shangri-La under our solar panels! I would highly recommend Absolute Bird and Pest Control to anyone looking to take care of pesky pigeons. We have had pigeons living above our front door for quite a while leaving a mess for all our visitors to walk through on their way to our front door. I had hesitated contacting a bird removal company because I had heard the cost was excessive. I finally decided we have had enough and the birds had to go. Keaton to the rescue again. We had a bird get stuck in our chimney so we had Keaton install some wire mesh all around the top of the chimney so no animals can get in in the future. I have a huge pigeon problem but the quotes I received were extremely expensive. I decided to keep looking and contacted Absolute Bird and Pest Control. Keaton quickly responded to my emails (within minutes) and the quote was extremely reasonable. He arrived on time, is very polite and very knowledgeable. He cleaned my roof and collected all the waste on a tarp so the waste didn't get mixed in with my landscaping. I had two sections of my roof where pigeons had been nesting since I bought the house. The pigeons were very noisy and were driving me crazy. Finally I decided to get professional help and was referred to Keaton and his company. They gave a reasonable quote and did all the guys on the crew did an amazing job. I have them come to install netting around the solar panels to prevent pigeons building nest under the panels. They are very professional , detail orientated and patient. They repair some broken roof tiles for me at the same time. I found they use material better than the other pigeon netting install company and charge very reasonable. I have quote over $1000, but I only paid for less than half of the other company. read more

I'm updating my previous review since the following week the owner, Keaton, reached out to me to apologize as he'd been dealing with a medical emergency and hadn't been able to respond to my inquiries. He offered to give me a quote still if I was interested and was prompt about scheduling when I agreed. We had a quote from another company as well that was for very thorough preventative services but we ended up choosing Absolute's which was more targeted to the specific problems we were having as Keaton seemed confident the pigeons would move on if we took away their nesting areas and he assured us he could come back and take more steps if it ended up being necessary. We decided to try that approach and not spend the additional money if it wasn't actually needed. His associate Travis performed the work on our home and he was an incredibly polite and likable guy who, from what we can tell, did great work. There was a miscommunication about work on one window and some additional cleanup we felt was needed and he was quick to take care of it. Unfortunately the pigeons were persistent and managed to knock part of the spikes off one of the windows but I reached out to Keaton and they were back the next available morning fixing it and cleaning up the mess the birds had already made. So far we've had no more issues but Travis assured us they'd come back out again if anything happened. I do wish that when they cleaned off the roof they captured the mess (as I read some companies do) instead of it falling on my driveway and lawn- to be clear they cleaned it all up but I discovered afterwards there was a good amount still in my lawn which only matters as I have turf so I had to spend a fair amount of time afterwards making sure it was cleaned out. But they never claimed to offer that so I didn't expect it and am not upset, I just now realize the benefit of it. Overall we've been quite pleased, first interaction aside the company has been very quick and easy to communicate with, prompt and on time, very nice guys, and appear to take pride in their work! read more

Keaton was awesome. We called him on a Friday with a snake problem, and he came out on Saturday to check it out. He showed up early, surveyed our building, and suggested solutions to our problem. He didn't find our snake (it's a big building) but he did take care of a few pigeons and he is also putting together a plan to rid us of some pesky barn swallows.
