We get our carpets cleaned with Absolute Carpet Care about once a year. They are quick and efficient. The technicians are always courteous and pleasant and really know what they're doing, so it takes a fraction of the time it would take us to rent (grimy) equipment at the store and try to do it ourselves. It's a little more expensive, sure, but well worth it -- for both the time saved and superior quality of service. Nelson and Marco cleaned our carpets today and I am amazed at how new they look! They are 9 years old, and with 3 kids, and 2 dogs, and lots of wear and tear. Absolute Carpet is a first class company, and they made a customer for life this week. Two days ago, our beloved basset hound had a sudden and extreme medical event during which he bled profusely on our carpeting. Within hours we had to put him down - which was traumatic enough without coming home to what looked like a crime scene in our family room from all the blood on the carpet. I couldn't even bear to be in that area of the house, so I yelped around to find a professional. Markus from Absolute was so patient answering my questions and being honest about there being no guarantee they would be able to get the blood out but promised they would do their best. He was also the only company that I reached out to that expressed their regret over what had happened to us, which was so appreciated. They offered to come do a free in home estimate the next morning (today) at 9am. They called 20 minutes ahead of arrival (perfect) and Wilbur told me he felt they were likely to come out and told me he already talked to his boss and they agreed to do our entire family room and spot treat our master bedroom for the minimum visit amount. Wilbur helped us move our couch out of the way (I said he could clean around it, but he insisted it would give us the best experience) and went over the stains multiple times to get them all out. He even did a light once over in our master so the stained areas would blend out with the rest of the carpet. Our carpet looks brand new, I was so relieved to have that horrible reminder erased that I literally cried (probably making Wilbur uncomfortable - sorry!) Absolute is my carpet cleaning company forever. Their kindness today touched my soul and I am forever grateful.
