The appointment process was easy and they were even able to fit me in earlier than promised due to a cancellation. Brandon was my installer. He contacted me by text about 30 minutes before he arrived. He looked at my garage space and recommended the most appropriate storage solution for my needs and the configuration of my garage. All prices were straight forward and included the product and installation. An estimated time to complete the installation was provided before the work was started. Installed a couple 4x8's in no-time! We have a sloped interior garage roof so installation is not simple. I know because I installed the first of three. After seeing the $99 installation special per rack, it just made more sense to have them do the install on the last two instead of me spending my Sunday doing the job.
