This place is amazing. Has equipment I haven't tried before and have top of the line equipment. Competitions in house and always wanted to watch but never did. Staff is family, so they treat you like family. They open early and close at 11pm. I'd give them a 5 if it was 24 hours. Overall all the gyms I been to this is my favorite one and the mural on the walls are beautiful.

This is just one corner of the gym it's a really big, spacious facility

I'm kinda new to the area and this is the 3rd gym I've trained at and it's hands down my favorite!!! In college I worked out at a warehouse style gym and it was the best so I was SO happy to find one here. They have turf, lots of space, and a ton of equipment for functional fitness! Lou and Tyler have been really helpful and friendly and quickly helped me if I ever had any problems. The gym is super clean and the culture is perfect for people who are actually serious about fitness (opposite of planet fitness and places like that lol)

Love coming to Absolute Flex and training with Brennik E! We aren't friends... we're family here and that's what it's about! Every time I come to train, I am able to give my all. My trainer Brennik trains me to my max limit where I'm super fatigued at the end of each session. I've been here I've been here since August 2018 and I go 4 times a week with my girlfriend and sister. Not only do we get the best training in the gym but I look around and all the trainers are showing the results in all there clients. Never leaving this gym and definitely recommend to anyone that wants to change their life! #absoluteflexappeal

Instead of offering a reasonable early termination fee, they told me I would have to pay the entire 2-year contract balance to cancel. Fine. I accepted the contract terms and made sure to cancel when the 2-year agreement ended. Fast forward two years -- I discovered they had continued charging me for FOUR additional months after the contract expired, at an increased rate. I called the gym directly, spoke with the manager, and was told they understood the situation and would process the cancellation and refund the post-contract charges. A month later? Still charged. I had to dispute the charges through my bank. Then I received a call from their third-party billing company, ABC Financial, demanding payment. They claimed I never submitted a written cancellation request and that cancellation requires 30 days' notice -- meaning I'm responsible for the disputed charges, additional charges during the "pending" period, and even their so-called annual "club enhancement fee." This process is intentionally difficult. There is no cancellation option in the app. You can't cancel directly through the gym. You're forced to go through a third-party finance company with rigid technicalities designed to keep charging you. Extremely frustrating experience. Be very cautious before signing a long-term contract here.

Long version: I've been a member of Fitnello for just over six months, and the experience has truly been life‑changing. When I arrived for my initial consultation, I had never lifted weights and my background was limited to hot‑yoga practice. My journey began with the group‑class prep session with Angelina. Her expertise and upbeat personality made the workout feel fun rather than intimidating. As I transitioned into regular group classes, I discovered a supportive community of women who were incredibly helpful and welcoming to newcomers. Elina, the owner, now leads the evening sessions. She's exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the "why" behind each movement. She also teaches us how to track our weights and reps so we can increase volume in a safe, progressive manner. Beyond the friendly atmosphere and expert guidance, I've seen tangible results: a 5% reduction in body fat and a 5% increase in muscle mass! Fitnello delivers exactly what a modern gym should, effective workouts, knowledgeable staff, and an incredible community.

I started with personal training sessions with Angelina, which helped me build confidence, and then smoothly transitioned into the group classes. I really enjoy the classes because they're all women, and Angelina is amazing--she goes around correcting form when needed, making sure everyone is getting the most out of their workouts. The atmosphere is supportive, and I feel stronger every session. I also met with Elina, the owner, who created a meal plan for me. I've been following it for the past two weeks, and I've already seen progress--my muscle mass has increased, and my % body fat has decreased in such a short time. I'm really excited to keep going on this journey and see what progress I can make! If you're looking for a welcoming, structured place to get stronger, I definitely recommend Fitnello.

I went back to use the ladies restroom, and I was very upset that it, the ladies locker room smelled like urine and the toilet was leak leaking. The same hand dryer that had been broken when I left, was still broken. There was hair all over the floor, two of the sinks were nonfunctioning, and there was hardly anybody in the gym compared to when I had been in there two months ago. Granted, I used to go in anywhere from 2 o'clock in the morning until noon... and this was around three in the afternoon.... But boy, what a difference in atmosphere. Not good. I understand the original owner had just re-purchased the franchise back in December and had intended to turn it around. I thought that his efforts would be in good faith, but what I learned was that he runs a good old boy operation.... You see I had complained about the manager at the Micron Avenue gym. They can't keep a female nit out there. I wonder why.. I asked the manager and he got angry with me and had me served a restraining order. So I was no longer able to go to that gym. I guess that wasn't good enough for him because then he had me banished from all 24 Hour Fitness Gym's in Northern California.. Suffice it to say, if you're a female, you may not be safe in those gyms. And if you dare to say anything about it, you might just get restrained from entering them.. I'm not saying that that will happen to you but it happened to me and I'm a 66-year-old woman.

There was almost 2 rows of missing weights 20-35 lbs I believe and as there were only 4 people using the weights, not sure what to think. For $40 (my fully equipped club charges $25 day pass as does the fully equipped 24 hr fitness nearby I expected a more fully equipped gym. There were a lot of cardio and fitness machines if that's what you are looking for but if you are looking for a free weight fitness program, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Anyway spent too much money and didn't really get a decent workout. Just spoke with club ambassador Rocco - he reached out regarding my experience. He explained that I was there during their busy time and they are repairing the benches and will be expanding their free weights areas in the near future. He did an assessment and helped me gradually ramp up. He specifically tailored my training regimen to account for a few old and major injuries I had (right shoulder surgery for 3rd degree A/C separation and femoral rod placement in my left leg, and a mesh placement for an abdominal hernia), my age and fitness level at that time. I was a big cardio guy so his practice of warming up with cardio before moving to strength training suited me well. I worked my way up to doing cardio 6 days a week (3 days of stationary bike and 3 days running) and weight training 3 days a week, making sure to rest one day a week. I am happy to announce that I just finished my first 10k race in 4 years, and I have to give Travis and Fitness MD a lot of credit for helping me get ready for that without injuring myself! PSA for those of you wanting to check out different gyms.... Here is a recommendation for a place…read moreto AVOID. We absolutely loved Burn Boot Camp until recently. When called out the owner for deceptive business practices, not only did she blocked us on all social media, she also cancelled our memberships immediately and banned us from the gym. Guilty much? Here is a breakdown of events: The owner marketed a Weight Loss challenge the Commit Challenge from 1/13-2/22. This was marketed as a New Year weight loss challenge for everyone and was really hyped up. Everyone got a container of protein and a shirt and entered the competition for $100 ea. There was no criteria sent out prior to signing up other than that it was a weight loss challenge. Here is the timeline of events: 12/27 - First email sent out about Commit Challenge. No mention of winners criteria besides "cash Prizes for Top 3 Biggest Losers" "Schedule Focus Meeting and set your goal by 1/12, says challenge dates are 1/13-2/22." Entry free was $100 per person, we believe about 120 people joined this challenge?. 1/08 email with receipt for charge of entry fee into challenge - The date we were charged for the challenge 1/11 commit challenge info sent out , still does not state criteria used to decide winners, provides link to submit challenge info and states inbody scan must be from prior to 1/13/2025 (has no date range...so theoretically someone could use a scan from last July as there are no written rules stating It must be a recent scan in email) Just says body fat in pounds must be entered on the form. 1/18 week one check in email has no mention of criteria 1/24 week 2 pulse check no mention of winner criteria 2/6 week 3 - Halfway check-in /top losers FIRST MENTION OF CRITERIA FOR CALCULATING HOW IT WOULD BE SCORED. Still Vague. Everyone was to send in their final weigh-ins via google forms by 2/22 6pm. Winners were not announced via email, no one was notified with the exception of a single Instagram post. This is where it gets very confusing. The top winners were VERY thin and who are conveniently close friends with the owner. They could not have possibly lost 20% + body fat without completely starving themselves in an unhealthy way. Larger people who were winning halfway through the challenge suddenly were not even top 10, even after doubling their midway point. People who were larger did not have a chance and it also feels like this was a cash grab as you cannot see any of this information on their public FB pages, or IG other than who won. Even their "VIP" group on Facebook was not notified of anything regarding who won. This entire competition, which we thought would be fun and competitive, was a sham to begin with as anyone could starve themselves or fudge the numbers and win. Those who did the weekly check ins, did the 4 camps a week, and followed protein goals did not have a fighting chance. If we had known that the sole statistic used to determine prize winners was % of body fat percentage lost, without anything else in place, we would not have paid to do this challenge. It was unethical to have a paid challenge for cash prizes without clearly defined criteria, released prior to sign up, on what it would take to win, so participants could make an educated decision on whether it would make sense for them to sign up. There were clearly errors made in the calculations on the midway check in, I believe that those errors carried over to the final results, as the percentage of body fat lost claimed by the top 10, especially the top 5, are questionable (losing 22.5% of your body fat in 6 weeks is an insane amount no matter your size and extremely unlikely/unhealthy.) It is my belief that this challenge was hyped up and promoted in an intentionally vague manner in order to get more people to sign up for it as a cash grab, which it was clearly very successful at doing based on the amount of participants we saw in the beginning. Utilizing a single criterion that has an extremely lower difficulty level for people who are already small isn't a good look, and I would be willing to bet that a lot of others would have not signed up if they knew that it was a one-sided competition that favored people who were already fit. When owner was talked to about it, she doubled down on her being a fitness professional and implied (not in these exact words) that we were just sore losers. We never cared about winning but wanted a fair chance, which we didn't get. We spent $320 a month to attend Burn, bought merch and supplements, and participated in challenges like the Level Up games, but since her takeover, we have never felt wanted as we are not skinny and fit like others. Day one with Burn it felt that we were there to get in shape and meet or exceed goals when now, since the change in owners, it feels as if there has been a shift priorities. It feels less inclusive.
