They got me on the schedule quickly (which is great because I couldn't use my kitchen) and Al, the plumber who came to the house, couldn't have been more professional or friendly. He educated me on the issue, made sure it was fixed before he left and I'm back in service. I'd recommend this business without hesitation. And Al is "the man". read more

Stay Away! This company charges outrages labor charges and the owner is very rude. For starters, my technician showed up 1.5 hours late and no one at the company acknowledged this fact or even apologized. I expected a discount on the labor but that didn't happen. I needed a new garbage disposal and was charged over $300 for the job including parts and labor. The part was only $100 so they charged me over $200 for 24 minutes of work (the owner actually yelled at me that it was 24 minutes when I claimed the technician was only working for 15 minutes). So, $200 for 24 minutes equates to a $500/hour labor charge. I called the company and the owner immediately raised his voice at me and said I had the option to say 'no' if I didn't like the estimate. Well, the problem with that is that I really needed the work done and his technician had already taken up my entire Saturday by being 1.5 hours late. I wasn't in a position to say no, go buy a new garbage disposal myself and then get someone back out to install it. I kept trying to talk to the owner but he wouldn't allow me to speak. I finally asked him to "listen!" and he then proceeded to yell at me for 5 minutes claiming he doesn't have to listen to me "because he's not one of my kids." I was told someone would call me about a discount for being 1.5 hours late but no one has called. Now when I call, they send me to voicemail. A completely unprofessional company that gouges clients. I really hope this message helps keep some customers away. read more

I had a problem with a slowly draining bathtub and sink. Called absolute and they had a technician out within the hour. His service was excellent and couldn't ask for a better price. I would recommend absolute to anyone. read more

Al is really good. He was very kind and professional and very fast. Besides the my main line clog issue, he also taught me much other general plumbing knowledge. I am very satisfied for his services. This is an update to my previous review. As previously mentioned this company is WAY more expensive than the competition. I had a problem with the repair and called them multiple times, but they wouldn't call me back. In my case the plumber identified that the pipe sprung a pin hole leak because it rested on the foundation and when the water was turned on it moved and rubbed against the concrete...thus causing the leak. He repaired it and put the pipe right back where it was so that it could happen again. I didn't notice this until the insurance company came for the additional repairs required. I called them repeatedly to get this fixed to no avail. On one of the calls I asked why they hadn't returned my call and the response was, I saw him call you, but you didn't answer. I said did he leave a message and a call back number and she said "No". I asked how we can get this resolved and was told someone will call me back. I'm still waiting two months later. All they care about is getting the money in their business, not resolving problems after they leave. If you must call them, request a quote before they come so you know what you're getting into. read more

As a long time homeowner having dealt with multiple plumbers from independent plumbing contractors to major outfits, i.e. Roto Rooter, I can honestly say that I have never met better plumbers than Rod and Tony of Absolute Plumbing. After 7 days of moving in to our newly constructed home, I discovered a break in my sewer lateral line that spans 40 yards across my property all the way down to the main sewer line under the road. After meeting several referrals from friends and family ( I always get a minimum of 5 quotes), I decided on Absolute Plumbing to replace my sewer line. Three of the five contractors told me that I did not have a problem after each one of them put a camera in the line and subsequently snaked the line to eliminate roots and other debris that were inside the line. Let me tell you that snaking the line only made the problem worse and forced all of the debris further down the lateral line, so needless to say, the problems continued. The other two contractors never even bothered to meet me and simply said the replacement would cost me at least 15k. At this point, I took it upon my self and started calling plumbing contractors. After meeting a few more plumbers for an evaluation, I finally cam across Tony and Rod of Absolute. Within 30 minutes of camera work in the lateral line and digging up dirt around the line, they discovered water bubbling up in the water culver paralleling the roadside. After meeting eight pumbers and spending several hundred dollars, no one discoverd the underlyinbg issue. Soon after discussing the cost of replacement, Rod and Tony were at my house the following morning and were done with the full replacement within three days of hard, messy work. After the replacement was completed, they took it a step further and evaluated the rest of the house's plumbing infratsructure to let me know that everything was working and functinal. Since then, I havent had any problems and I still keep in-touch with Rod and Tony today. I see them on occassion when they stop by to check my lateral line. In summary, they are professional, reliable, and offer reasonable and competitive prices. So, rather than spend 15k on a replacement, I spent less than half of what other contractors quoted.. And, I believe the quailty of work is excellent. Dont waste your time and money like I did calling arrogant plumbing contractors that want to take your arms and legs. If you have any plumbing issues, call Rod and Tony for an honest opinion and quote. I think you will be very pleased with your decision. Guys, if you read this, good job. I had a major water leak inside the wall leading down into the sink in my bathroom in my condo. Jerod came over and was able to quickly identify where the problem was and patch the broken pipe for me. I'd never heard of electrolysis between copper and galvanized steel pipes before, but I looked it up and it's a thing. So the builders screwed up and didn't insulate the pipes in my place. Anyway, while Jerod was there he fixed another problem for me (where the hot water tap to one of my sinks was spitting out chunks of black stuff because the interior of the hose was degrading) and diagnosed 2 other plumbing problems for me. I'm in a 'deferred maintenance' type of rental. I was very pleased with the work over all and felt like Jerod knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way. There was some confusion with the rates that were quoted to me, but it was worth a hell of a lot to my mind that they followed through and did what they said they would do. Honesty and following through on one's word is everything in a service business. I would give them 5/5 except I don't know what the mark-up was on the parts he used / I didn't get to see the receipt. read more

My water bill had been increasing steadily so I asked different neighbors what they were paying. They were paying between $45-$75 compared to my $258! I called the water company and they told me to call a plumber to come check for leaks. I called Absolute Plumbing this morning and they said they can send someone out today between 3-5 pm. Al arrived around 4. He was very pleasant and explained everything to me as he did a complete diagnostic inspection inside and outside the home. I showed him my washroom where there was a constant sound of water going through the pipes. I asked a plumber from a different company several years ago & he said it was normal. Al found and showed me where water was just steadily flowing from a water softener that was turned off for several years. He was able to fully disconnect the water softener unit from the water connection pipes into the house. My washroom no longer has the sound of water! Thank you so much to Al!!!! This is the second time I've had to use Absolute Plumbing and I recommend their quality, professional, and friendly service. read more
