Nick & Zachary not only coordinated with my friends, the owners of the home, but were *extremely* kind in coordinating with me. They let me know in advance which days would involve a lot of noise so I could make plans to be away. They were always polite & fun to chat with when, for example, my car needed to be moved to make way for a lumber delivery. During this project the remnants of hurricane Michael passed over Athens causing larger than normal rainfall. Nick & Zachary did extra work to make sure the drainage would be installed before the storm hit. Their drainage worked wonderfully, filling the retaining pond to the brim. They also assisted me with filling sandbags to make sure a separate area of the house would be protected in case the rainfall was excessive. Needless to say, I was *very* impressed with their conscientiousness! Home projects can be so stressful. You won't find nicer or more capable landscapers to help you through your project!

Either they never got back to us, wanted to sell us a big, expensive "plan," or had never heard of our neighborhood, blah blah blah. For this reason, I kept branching out beyond our area on various sites until I found myself searching in Athens. That's how we found Patrick and City Garden Company. We could tell right away he knew what we wanted, knew how to construct it, and had great ideas. He listened to our vision, which was fairly simple--a large, gravel patio, stepping stones, and sod. He came up with the idea of using dry-stacked stone as the border, and we couldn't be happier. I asked him if it would fall over eventually, and he said "not if I build it." I believe it, too--it's classy, sturdy, and coordinates with our stepping stones and the stone on the front of our house. He and his team were very precise, and measured everything out so that it's even, with nice clean lines. A very professional job. We really do love it, and stand in the window and stare at it because our yard is transformed. We are thrilled we found this company! They actually follow up, call you back, answer your emails, etc., which is kind of a rarity in the home improvement businesses, I'm afraid. I can't wait to recommend them to friends. I had Big Frog Electric move two kitchen lights, and move the TV power and HDMI cables behind the…read morewall. They did a great job, and made minimal cuts in the drywall. I had them come back a week later to add recessed lights. The lighting in the kitchen is amazing, it had been very dark!
