The lady who pierced me was very welcoming and nice, she talked to me for a bit abo it the piercing and how the healing goes, overall very friendly and nice lady customer service wise. as for the piercing I got a naval/belly button piercing here and it came out extremely crooked. I understand that everybodies anatomy is different and it could cause a slight tilt on the piercing but it's been weeks since I got the piercing and looking at it now with no more swelling or redness it is almost ridiculous how off the piercing is. It's very obvious and disappointing how crooked it is. I even went home to my home piercer and even he left a comment saying that it was done very poorly. Loved the service and friendliness but unfortunately Im going to take out the piecing let it heal and then get it redone somewhere else. I want to prefaced that I really hate leaving a bad review and I tried to convince myself that it was fine but honestly just the comments I get from my friends and even another piercer about how it looks just kind of made me feel like I needed to share my honest experience. read more

I came here and got 3 of my piercings downsized and a right nose piercing! Lexy did a great job cleaning and downsizing my piercings. I originally only came in for one but she assessed my other piercings and ended up doing 2 more! The nose piercing was quick and she did such a good job with placement. I love Absolute! I've been coming here sporadically for about a year. In the past, I've ony come for new jewelry, jewelry changes, and advice. I knew I eventually would come for an actual piercing or tattoo. Today is Friday the 13th and I made it my mission to be the first one in their queue and I was! Lol. Protocols are standard: sign waivers, present your ID, and wait to be called. My Friday the 13th piercings were by Lexy, who is an absolute gem. She has her technique down, which is obvious with the minimal pain level for my piercings (2/10). Per her advice, I will need to switch out the backing for something shorter in about a month (this is a good reminder for me, lol). Her mom, Roxy, is also wondeful! I've also worked with Tevita and he is great. All are knowledgable, personable, professional, and helpful--no complaints :-) For January 2023's Friday the 13th, their deals are posted on their counters for full details. Most of the piercings are discounted by $-13 and it's capped at 3x piercings per person for a total of $39 discount on all 3 piercings. NEXT FRIDAY THE 13th THIS YEAR IS ON OCTOBER! Lexi saved my nose, okay I'm exaggerating but she definitely restored my confidence in the process. I made the mistake of going to American Tattoo (do not waste your time or money) for a simple nose ring swap. They cause bleeding and pain I considered removing my piercing but instead I called Absolute Tattoo and explained the situation, they told me to come over so they can look at it and so I returned to Absolute Tattoo & Piercing (they did my original piercing).
