I came by on impulse, even though I'm deathly afraid of needles. When I arrived, the shop was closed (the staff had gone to get lunch), but the gentleman next door at the tattoo shop came out and let me know they were on their way back. Shortly after, Natalie came and warmly greeted my husband and me into the shop. While we waited for Devyn to set up, both staff members (Natalie and Devyn) were incredibly lovely and showed me the jewelry options I had for an initial helix piercing. Now for the fun part -- Devyn is seriously knowledgeable, extremely clean, and meticulously detailed. She explained every step to me to keep my anxiety at ease and made sure there were no surprises. The service was quick, the piercing barely hurt, and they took the time to clearly explain the cleaning and healing process, which I really appreciated. I started my piercing journey a little later in life, and I'm so glad I found this shop. I've now had 10 piercings done by Devyn and Natalie (stacked lobes, helix, conch, tragus, medusa) and I am completely in love with all of them! Came in to get an old piercing from elsewhere looked at as it hasn't healed and ended up walking out with two super cute new piercings (the first was so cute and it was such a good experience I actually came back 2 hours later to do another).
