ZERO STARS!!! Worst customer service from general manager Mike Soto. Installer stepped through my vinyl awning when installing the tarp when I told him you can't step on that. He put his foot through it. The supervisor on site apologize and said it should get covered. He took and sent in the photo. Mike Soto in a robotic response said he won't do anything but give some credit for a future service. I don't need credit, I need to fix an awning that blocks the rain from coming into my house asap. I said can you explain my situation to the owner and he said no, he makes the final decision. Now I'm out even more $ to replace it. This is all before they even put in the gas. Worst customer service. I don't know if the owner has the same attitude but do not use this company. The installers are not paying any attention and if they damage anything your out. Mike Soto should not be in a management position or work for any service company. UPDATE 5/18/24: when they came back to remove tenting they damaged my water line. I have to shut off water access to part of my house. Again images were sent to office by onsite supervisor. They refuse to compensate for this damage too. Now they are not returning my calls. If you want to be out more money than the actual service then try them. I don't know how they are in business. Stay away and use a different company. read more

I never signed a written contract for maintenance services. Also, I never authorization to automatically charge me for the maintenance services. They just charge anyway . When I called them , they even refused to refund me for the maintenance fee for the service they did not provide. It's so frustrating to work with them. read more

We scheduled a full fumigation service, and scheduling with Justin was extremely easy. I appreciated that the site walk and quote were provided for free. They were actually cheaper than the company my realtor got a quote from by about $50. On tenting day, the crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. It ended up being extremely windy that night. I checked in with my new neighbors and they said the tent was noisy but it was secured extremely well so they weren't worried. When the service was completed, I was happy to see that nothing was damaged. It's been about a month now, and we have not seen any rodents or termites. Mahalo! read more

Terrible company and terrible customer service. Got my house fumigated. Once it was done, so many things were damaged. Rain gutter ripped off and thrown to the side, Jalouise handle broken, window screen clip broken and attic opening just messed up. I spoke with Mike the manager and he won't do anything about, yet told me I could send pictures in...For What Though? Yes it states in the contract they aren't liable for any damages so you can basically go into a house, fuck it up and not do anything to fix it. Mind you this house is in escrow. The final walk through was today (Monday) and I called on Saturday and they only got back to me now. I had to get guy out to fix it in a rush so it obviously cost more for that. Update. Oh yeah my house is also considered a dump apparently because they left a broken fan that they used on our trash can. And don't say it's not yours because I was there when they brought those out. My mom requested that I post this update for them: We had our 3-month check-up for our pest control boxes today. We live in Waipio Gentry and due to the construction of a new subdivision, we are experiencing some rodent problems. It was easy to schedule an appointment with Chelsea, and she sent numerous appointment reminders so we didn't forget. Our tech, Shalei, arrived on-time and was very nice, efficient and professional. We called because of millipede and centipede infestation. The technician spot sprayed around my kitchen, entry, and 1/2 bath. He did not do anything downstairs in the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, or laundry. No pest traps around the interior, nothing. He did not do either of the balconies. He sprayed along one side of the house until the terrain became steep. No granules were put around the exterior, nothing. The last time we called this company they were great and did great work but that was about 5 years ago. They do not do good work anymore. They refused to give me a refund when they had no one competent or trained to return and do the job correctly. I have lost a day of work for terrible service. read more

I had an emergency tenting needed to be done to my cottage. I had been with No Ka Oi, now Terminix for over 25 years. Their first available tenting date was May 2023 (Yes, 2023). They offered no options, did no research to try and help me after being a 25+ year customer. There would be nothing left of my cottage by that date. I called Absolute and they were absolutely fantastic. My initial contact with them was warm, friendly and caring. The next day Wally came out to check the cottage. He was very friendly... "Uncle, how can we help you and take care of your cottage?"... Wally was very informative, spoke slowly so I could understand and tenting was set up for next Friday. He came back again today with the bags and helpful instructions and again spent a lot of time explaining the upcoming procedure. would give a zero, total unethical business, contract says nothing about a cancellation 650.00 fee. they cancelled our tenting 3 times 2 times stating that it was two windy here in Nuuanu Valley.,first time guy came with truck driver only and climbed on roof and came down, said it was too windy, unsafe for him only at 4 pm, to install tenting on house. second time cancellation was somewhat our fault and charged us 415.00. but the 3rd time, we were prepared, all stuff double bagged and all food taken out or protected from poison fumes. but all in vain, cause they went on roof only again to cancel again because of the winds. Called the office to speak to Amy, to reschedule. We are frustrated to the maximum, wife crying, after being out of three hotel room charges and respite for Mom can not done until another two months. Amy and the rest of the employees don't care, They charge fees for cancellations won't give you a refund until you pay the cancellation fees. Asked to speak to upper management but you only get to talk to Amy, stubborn and set in her ways, she should work for Trump. read contract before signing anything and ask about the refund policy, cause it not in contract. confusing contract.,Avoid this company All costs, unless you want to be paying fees for every little thing, and cancellations, galore,for every minor wind. They were responsive and came out to spray. However the information given by the scheduler/consultant was inconsistent with the actual service. The technician spent about 5 minutes spraying areas around the house. I was surprised how quickly he was done. When I asked about setting up traps - he asked do you want me to set traps? how many would you like? I didn't know how to answer that question- aren't they the professionals who should know/recommend?!? The days following their service I continued to see pests both live and dead - when I contacted them - they said to a week - it's been over 3 weeks and I continue to see pests - most recently today! read more

I had an appointment at 12pm on a Sunday. Well 12 pm came and no show and the office was closed . Then I see him walking to my house. He said the office told me to stop by on this way home. 2nd appointment 9am Saturday and of course no show again. Until 9:44am and he apologized and he was in Haleiwa. After they spray, I wait even 10 days later, nothing changed, roaches and ants still there, crawling around. Very bad service with the confusing pricing from the receptionists, and the thing they used to spray doesnt seem working at all. First time with this company and this is last time too. The two guy show up they are very nice. But not sure if they don't know how to do the job because of no experience or just don't have the knowledge. Or the chemical itself not strong. The termite treat is good. But the ants and roaches after week. I can still see some maybe less. I usually spray my house every quarter from old company and they retired. Now I looking for new one. Update: So the rats were too much for us and we needed their help. I took advantage of the 30% discount when booking online special. Very easy. They came out and set several sticky traps all around and right that night caught 2 rats! Then only thing is that one of the rats struggled and died leaving a mess. Ugh! Also even though someone was supposed to come out the next day to dispose of the bodies, they couldn't come out because of an emergency so we disposed of them ourselves. So far, no more rats. Yay! Tianna (the woman answering the phones is an absolute doll, love her & her personality) she answered all of my basic questions up front. Then one of the employees that came, Mike answered all of my bug questions while he was out here in person. Coming from a place where I had ZERO BUGS my whole life to seeing a few mini cockroaches, he easily eased my mind and answered all of my concerns on how to keep up with everything. He is also a manager of the company and wanted to make sure their first interaction with our condo was successful. Mike said it was their first time partnering with my condo (444 nahua street). Pest control?! You don't think need it until you actually do. During the weekend, we noticed there was a beehive or a colony of bees in our yard. We freaked out and immediately called a few places. I was leaving for vacation the next day and needed someone to come ASAP. I spoke to Michael who kept me calm the entire time and was able to have someone come the day of. Seriously, on a Sunday? Wow! What great service! I immediately thought they were going to get rid of bees by killing them but Michael shared that their company believes in saving the bees. He explained the process and how they will collect the bees then will release them in a farm. Such a cool company and hooray for saving the bees! Jeremiah came to my place and started the process of collecting the bees. He was so chill and explained each step of what he was doing. After he set up a box and was going to pick it up the next day. By the next day majority of the bees were gone and some remaining. It was explained how there will be some bees remaining however they should be gone in a few days. The whole process was smooth and professional. A couple days after the box was picked up, Michael even contacted me to make sure everything was okay. Overall great customer service! I highly recommend going through this company if you have any pest issues especially bees! Definitely lifesavers who put my mind on ease and didn't need to worry on vacation. This company was hired for ground treatment and they hit my plumbing/water line while drilling into a concrete slab. I talked to the owner, Justin, who told me they would not provide me with a plumber to fix the busted line, they would fix it with a "shark bite". and if I wanted a plumber to fix it, I would have to pay for it myself, which would be really expensive because it would be after hours. I explained I wanted a plumber to fix it because it would be under concrete slab and did not want to run into trouble later if it was done incorrectly. He still refused. And this was all happening around 4pm, so I scrambled to look for a plumber who could make it out in order to fix my water line. Justin then called me a bunch of times later to offer a plumber, because i think he knows what he did was wrong. But I already had someone come out to fix their problem that they created. I would never use this company. The unprofessional way they handle their mistakes is terrible!!!! No one should have to go through that!! I reiterated to him that THEY drilled into my plumbing, and they didn't care. Would not recommend their service to anyone First of all, i don't know how the water line was hit anyway, if you're drilling through concrete, shouldn't you have tools to tell you where the metal is?!
