Heard there was a small but nice Thai restaurant that did not deliver, infact they were short staffed so limiting eat-in , but food was super so we ordered a huge meal. Crab Rangoon (great) Shrimp & Chicken Dumplings (great) Roasted Duck Curry (awesome) Basil Fried Rice Dinner (good) Massaman Curry Dinner (great) Drunken Noodle (good) Then we made he mistake of ordering the only dessert that's seemed available for pick-up, Baked Taro Custard (tasted horrible so must be a local only dish) Since short staffed took 35 minutes but food was packed well. Charged for extras in NJ that we don't in Virginia like extra peanut sauce. They didn't ask for a tip but I gave one anyway.

Cozy atmosphere, great service and great food is Absolute Thai. We ordered from the lunch menu: Drunken Noodles and Green Curry, both with tofu. The flavors for both were very tasty. Already looking forward to our next visit!

One of the worst customer service i have ever received. Stole all of my money for my order and never gave me my food

Today was my first time trying Absolute Thai, and it will not be my last! We came around 1pm and had the place to ourselves. The inside is very clean and visually pleasing, and I liked how the window had Christmas decorations and nutcrackers. There was also jazzy Christmas music too. The server was also so sweet and nice! Besides the inside, the food was amazing. I got the chicken pad Thai lunch special (only $12!) and it was DELICIOUS. The sauce was so good and it was exactly what I've been craving. It's a huge portion size and I had a lot to take home. My friends also got the curry puffs and fried rice and they were not bad either. If you're craving Thai, check this place out!!

We had a lunchtime feast. Portions are large and filling. The staff is very cautious when it comes to allergies and dietary restrictions. Love the staff here. The nicest people ever!! Give them a try!!

Good food and ambiance, and good service for in-restaurant dining. Priced right. However, it seems to be a more popular take-out place.

I thought that was odd but okay. Since I've never frequented this establishment before, I always order the Drunken Tofu Noodle along with curry puffs to see how it is. It's my barometer for judging how they are as a Thai restaurant. The server mentioned their curry puffs contain chicken as an ingredient. I was fine with that. The server boasted that they make it in-house, so I was looking forward to it. After she placed it down and I took my first bite, I was expecting it to be crunchy as it's fried. I was met with it firstly, with it being room temperature. Taking my initial bite, I was disappointed with the lack of crispness. The stuffing inside was also very mushy, and it was supposed to be chicken curry puffs. I was, however, able to taste the curry powder, so that was good. The Drunken Noodle had American broccoli and baby corn in lieu of onions and carrots for vegetables. I was expecting the usual long flat noodles, but the flat noodles appeared to be broken into shorter pieces. At the time of my ordering, I had no idea it didn't come with the standard tofu because they kept asking if I wanted shrimp, chicken, or beef. I was surprised when they upcharged me an extra $2 for the fried tofu. My stomach was bothering me today, so I asked for it to be mild. It definitely took me by surprise as it was spicier than I planned for. It was extremely greasy; however, the taste of chili paste was evident, giving it a good flavor. After finishing up, the employee asked me a couple of times if I desired any dessert, to which both times, I indicated I was quite full, declined, thanked them, and requested the check. I could see the clear disappointment on their face. The ambiance is quite beautiful, and their food was tasty. Being seated at a booth allowed me to feel deliciously isolated and get some reading done.

The salad has this good peanut ginger sauce. I got the drunken noodles and Thai fried rice and both were amazing. They had a very Thai basil flavor, savory and spicy without being too much of anything. The mango sticky rice is also amazing. The mango was perfectly ripe despite the time of year and the rice has an almost wheat or barley flavor that I like to it. I'm so sad I didn't find this place sooner. The parking is a little difficult because there are only 3 spots.

On that occasion, we ordered Chicken Satay, Chicken Pad Kee Mao, and Chicken Pad Thai. We visited them again over the weekend and had the Moo Ping as an appetizer and we both had Chicken Pad Thai. There is additional parking nearby though, so don't sweat it. Our server was very attentive and pricing was fair for the portions. We both had leftovers for the next day. Walking in felt like someone casually teleported us to Thailand. Giant gold sculptures, warm golden lighting, and decor that whispered soft Thai luxury while loudly saying "take pictures immediately." The private back room? Gorgeous. Luxe, glam, and perfect for games, laughs, and dramatic group photos. Food situation: We had a set menu: * Soup choice - veggie tom kha was the star (creamy coconut comfort in a bowl) * Veggie spring rolls + papaya salad to share * Curry + rice I went with red curry with fried tofu and honestly... the food delivered. Rich, flavorful, comforting... everything you want from Thai curry. Spring rolls were forgettable. I don't do papaya salad, but the girls who did were basically fighting for seconds so that says enough. And the Thai iced tea? Must order. No discussion. Now the plot twist: service. This is where the sparkle dimmed. I get it... big group, chaos, logistics. But this was booked in advance, and it felt like the restaurant wasn't staffed or prepared for a party of 25 plus regular diners. My food arrived two hours late (yes, two ) after most people had finished. A few others had the same issue, and allergy instructions kept getting mixed up. It felt like the kitchen hit panic mode. Service for large parties: 1/5. Final verdict: Food = good. Ambience = stunning. Large party execution = not it. I'd come back for a normal dinner with family because the flavors are worth it. But bringing a big group again? Hard pass .. the kitchen can't juggle that many divas at once. Overall: a maybe. Great vibes, tasty food, but big-group service needs serious glow-up.
