Woodbridge interiors In Glendale is a very shady furniture company when it comes to customer service and the quality of their furniture. We purchased a very expensive omnia leather couch. The couch craftsmanship is defective in regards to the leather wearing excessively to that it looks like it's 15 years old rather than two to three weeks. We informed Deb and Jen in customer service and they sent Danny to evaluate and send the report. Danny said it's a known issue when people sit on it in the store and they have to go and fluff up the leather to remove the excessive wrinkles our salesperson who saw our photos was shocked to see how horrible it looked. It's been over a month and they are unresponsive and refused to release the report to us. The store manager is useless and unresponsive. We were forced to file a complaint with their credit card company to stop the payments until we have a resolution on a replacement from the store We spoke to the owner Shupei Chiao who claimed we had to pay off the card in full before they would help us. He refuses to reply back to any follow-up emails and insist that we pay up in full. These people are scammers and the customer service is miserable. Do not consider walking into that store.

They have a lot of merchandise, yes its a little pricey for what they get either at wholesale or from over the border, but it is a business and you are paying for the convenience of having it one location to shop for it. I love the Mexican style decor in this place. Lots to choose from. The customer service was Eghh when we first walked inside, but they nicely got friendlier at the end when we were paying. My only suggestion, the young guys wrapping ceramics with paper then placing in bag. You have to make sure fragile sides of a piece (i.e cats leg/paw stretched out) stays secure and should be upright in a bag and not long ways across, if you pack that way, then when the bag is picked up and handed to the customer the sides will be bent upward and snap a piece. Luckily, it was easily glued. So moral of the story customers, watch how the youngins pack your stuff and how they pick up the bags to hand to you. Don't do what I did and just assume it was logically packed.

The cabinets and granite were of excellent quality. We had a contractor install the cabinets, as we had some renovations to be made. We couldn't get anyone to help us. We were handed a piece of paper to complete with our information. Apparently you need an appointment, however the ad didn't say that. We went there because they offer 3D drawings and design. We wanted ideas. We drove 40 minutes and turned around 15 minutes later and went home. Apparently it's geared toward contractors, not individuals. We may use them later, however our first impression was cold.
