Amazing tire shop and incredible service! I showed up without calling and no appointment but they helped me out immediately. I explained my tire issue and they had it fixed within 30 minutes. They patched it for only $18. They are cash only. The employees who helped me out were so kind and made great conversation. The staff is bilingual also. read more

I called the place to see if they was open and the guy told me to come I came from Manhattan and when I got there the guy who was working told me he was not gonna service me I ask why he told me i shouldnot be there I told him someone spoke to me on the phone and they told me to come he said no that's incorrect we not gonna service you we closed I said the hours on your website says you are open and I was called racist things and racial discriminated against not a good place to go if you are afro-American which I don't understand because they are Hispanic read more

The closest tire shop (pep boys) was 2.9 miles away. Now normally 2.9 miles away isn't that far away, but when you have a flat tire... 2.9 miles away is a lifetime, and eternity, the equivalent of traveling from Brooklyn to the Bronx on a local 4 train. Needless to say when I saw Abuelo!s tire shop on yelp with good reviews this was a no brainer. I was about four blocks away at the time so I parked put my hazards on and walked to the tire shop first. I didn't want to waste the time of getting there and them not having the tire that I needed (I have low profile tires). Originally he didn't think that he had my tire but then went to Search for about five or six minutes and found that he had one brand new and he was able to get me in and on my way within the next 10 to 15 minutes. The save me the equivalent of driving less than 2 mph for what would've felt like FOREVER! Thanks! read more

One of our tires was very low the morning of a road trip. Luckily we live down the block from Abuelos. We called to confirm they could take care of it, pulled in, and within ~15 minutes we were on the road. Ed and Gabriel took care of us right away, removed a nail from the tire and patched it up. We were missing a center cap, which they happened to have on hand and gave us for free! All in all, $15 for a flat fix done in under 20 minutes is great and we will be back here for any future issues with our tires. read more

Came here to check if my tire had a slow leak. I could not find my wheel lock to remove my tire. They were nice enough to fill up each tire with air before I left so I can monitor the pressure level. Wish I had some cash to tip them at the time. Going straight back once I find my wheel lock! read more
