Let me preface this with saying I am terrified of the dentist and having to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed was something I was definitely not looking forward to. Let me get one thing out of the way...did I travel over 100 miles just to see Dr. Caceres at AC Dental. Yes. Many years ago I had work done on one of my front teeth. It also involved a large filling. After years and years it was failing. I was pretty sure it was going to require a crown at the least and an implant or bridge at the most. Dr. Caceres is seriously one of the best Dental Professionals in the country. Like everyone else, I hate going to the dentist but the Dr. made sure everything was numb even before grabbing the needles. He carefully removed the previous work, completed the new procedure, and not only did I not feel pain, he was able to save the tooth so I didn't need to replace it with a crown. Trust me, most dentists would up charge you for profit. I Can't recommend AC Dental enough. I have been coming to AC Dental Care here for the last year and have always received top care from Dr Caceres, the dental practitioners and management. The tools are clean, their x-rays are state-of-art and visual technology is all up to date. The walls are painted with beautiful art that I enjoy. The customer service and scheduling has always been to fit my needs as a patient and if something came up then they always communicate with me to keep me happy and calm. Oral extractions are usually more difficult for the patients and can take more time but I have never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes to see my dentist. I have been going to AC Dental for several years. I go through periods of time when I grind my teeth, and the result is that I've had to get multiple crowns and had to have some fillings replaced due to cracks. Dr. Fernando has done an amazing job avoiding additional work on my teeth by carefully solving issues that could have turned out to require much more work. In addition, he works on my teeth very carefully and without causing any pain. I recommend Dr. Fernando as the best dentist I've ever had, and I regularly tell anybody who asks that they should give him a try. I need to have all of my remaining 11 upper teeth pulled in order to be replaced with dentures. I'm a complete baby when it comes to having dental work done, which is probably why I needed all those teeth pulled; from years of neglect because of being afraid to go the dentist. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Fernando Caceres. I first had root planing done on my lower teeth by Dr. Caceres. I was nervous for a week in advance but the procedure didn't bother me at all. Needless to say, I was also nervous for a week in advance of having 11 teeth pulled. However, I'm happy to report that because of the novocaine I didn't feel a thing and because of the drugs he prescribed I frankly cannot even remember any of the 11 teeth being pulled, which is great. I don't need those kinds of memories. I had it done this afternoon at 1pm and I'm writing this at 9:45pm the same day. I'm comfortable with no pain, my upper denture is in and feels comfortable and all is well with the world. For years I have been searching for a good oral surgeon for a much dreaded procedure. I heard very good things about Dr. Caceres and I couldn't post-pone this procedure any longer so decided to give it a go. I was nervous and as I waited for my appointment I would ask every patient that the walked out about their experience. All of them said the same thing, they smiled and said it went a lot better than what they expected. I was surprised and it was very calming to hear that from people who had just had all four wisdom teeth removed. Then it was finally my turn. I forgot my headphones at home and music really helps me calm down, luckily Dr. Caceres is very understanding and let me play my music on my phone out loud. He didn't seem to mind at all, he was actually dancing to it lol he's got a great sense of humor which really lightens up the situation. I can honestly say I felt no pain what so ever.
