After telling them I would be going with another company I get a text message and reassured I would be contacted later that night, which never happened. It took 5 days before anyone called to confirm anything or answer my questions. The movers that showed up on moving day were great though. They were quick, efficient, disassembled and reassembled our furniture needs. The work they did was worth the money, however their management needs more training with customer service.
