She was excellent with communication (all by text) and the kids reported that she was calm and clear with her instructions. Something has definitely changed over the past 10 years. My child was not as prepared. My husband and I had to do most of the training. We were expecting A-Plaza to teach/guide my child in the following skills: parallel parking, reversing, etc. Basics- we were hoping they would reinforce what we were also teaching. My child stated they did not help with those skills. My child was to drive wherever the instructor suggested- straight driving. Another note- instructors would be late as well. It looks like many others have a great experience- unfortunately, we're not one of them.
