Location is great! We were there for a concert at the small amphitheater next door and the view of the lakes was fantastic at dusk. The food and drinks were very good. We had the grilled artichoke and wings for appetizers. My wife was not a huge artichoke fan but this changed her mind. The prime rib dip was really tasty. The coleslaw was also great...not too wet. Drinks, we had a Tequila Mockingbird and Dirt Goose Martini with that FRIED BLUE CHEESE STUFFED OLIVE! Overall, better than expected and would definitely go back to try more. Great restaurant! I really liked the ambience, it was family friendly and it was very spacious. Had indoor and outdoor seating available. I really liked that they had seating for bigger parties although our party was only 3. I have had a hard time reserving for larger parties when all our family wants to go out. The food and drinks were great! I ordered their braised short ribs and they were very tender and flavorful. I had a hibiscus drink that was very refreshing! We also had the lemon bar brûlée and it was absolutely delicious! We were there for over 2 hours catching up with my siblings and they did not rush us out or made us feel like we had to leave. Reunion is a go to spot for us in corona. We're here often but I wanted to highlight our most recent visit on a Monday night. We had a large party of about 16 + 4 kids. We could only make an online reservation for 6 but in the morning called ahead and added us no problem. The service for a large party was phenomenal, they were able to cut a cake we brought in, and the food was delicious. Went in for a work lunch not expecting much... and ended up having an amazing meal. Started with the onion soup, really good, I wish it had a bit more onions, it was still a great cup of soup. The Skirt Steak Special with grilled asparagus and Parmesan mushroom risotto was really good! The place was super clean, and our server handled our large group like a pro, she was attentive, efficient, and friendly the whole time. We went in a few weeks ago, made a reservation through Yelp. There were 2 in our party who were late... so you may want to mention to your guests to be sure they have selected the correct location on their GPS. Parking can be tricky on busy weekends so keep this in mind. Also their patio is nice and spacious for an evening out on the deck. Ambiance is very nice here and we had a lovely table in the alcove of the bar. However, on this day (a Sunday) our server was the bartender and I got the impression that he was at his wits end with us. I'm not sure if it was because our party trickled in or something else. Either way it was noticed (by me at least) my favorite dishes were: Artichoke Dip Avocado Wontons Asian Crispy Ribs Bread Pudding One person at our table order kept coming to the table wrong, where we finally just said it was ok. The Manager came to our table and apologized - which was nice. I don't think I would return to this location, as I got a odd vibe... but maybe another one sure! My friend and I stopped in at the Reunion Kitchen to check it out. The place is beautifully decorated, plenty of room between tables. Tables on the patio look good on a hot day like today, but we decided to sit inside to enjoy the A/C. Our server Maria was a darling, very friendly and accommodating. When my friend asked to omit bacon bits with his food she said OK. When I asked my friend's bacon bits to be served on the side so I can have it with my "Boston" clam chowder, again she agreed without hesitation. Our food was tasty and the place has a good vibe. We went here for Valentine's Day dinner and it did not disappoint. It's a nice date night spot and the ambience was more romantic than I expected. I've never been here before so I was expecting more like a BJ's vibe, so I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't. Their servings are huge which I like. We contemplated dessert but were actually pretty full after our entrees. My boyfriend enjoyed his poke bowl and I ordered the veggie burger. Keep in mind, the veggie burger is very messy. Like usual homemade patties, it falls apart easily so there's no way you can look cute while eating this. But I 1000% prefer a house-made patty over store-bought! The flavor was amazing. The best part of our experience was that they brought us a warm towel in the end! Which I've never experienced unless it's like a wing or bbq place, so this is what made me want to write a review and give them 5 stars! Stopped by Reunion Restaurant in Corona and tried the Raymond's Hangover Breakfast Burrito -- definitely a solid 4.5/5. Super delicious, packed with flavor, and honestly one of the better breakfast burritos I've had in a while. Only warning: the sauce on the side has some serious heat if you can't handle spicy food, go easy on it or skip the sauce completely. Other than that, great food and worth checking out. read more

Place is very nice with a beautiful view of the lake. Food was very flavorful and delicious. Very well presented. The blue cheese addition to the mashed potatoes was new to me but it was actually very good. A lot of the food was really spicy though so tread carefully. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately. We had a rather large party of 5 adults and 3 kids. We asked if we could use the outside fire pit seating. And they said that would be completely fine. We visited Reunion on Saturday morning to enjoy a Mother's Day brunch ahead of the Sunday rush. With a 10am reservation, we were seated quickly, and our waiter was prompt in taking our drink and food orders, unfortunately, we didn't see him much after that and found ourselves trying to request things from other staff passing by. It pains me to give only 3 stars because Reunion is one of my favorite restaurants. I had always visited the Anaheim location and was hoping for the same experience here, especially since this one is conveniently located near my mother and my brother and his wife. The food was delivered by other staff and was, unfortunately, cold for our entire party. Our waiter never returned to check on us, and with limited staff on the patio, we waited 5-7 minutes before flagging down someone else just to get condiments to enjoy with our meal and refills. For a restaurant where you pay a bit more and on a day we were celebrating three moms it was a disappointing experience. That said, the flavor and quality of the food were amazing as always, even room temperature. The Chicken and Biscuits were delicious (albeit room temperature), and I'm genuinely looking forward to coming back and trying them hot. And what really redeemed the end of the meal was my family ordering the Hawaiian Roll French Toast as a post-meal dessert that was absolutely AMAZING!!! Reunion, I'm not done with you. I love Reunion Kitchen in Anaheim and I've been going since they opened in 2013. This location has great food and amazing service. I keep hoping that the Corona location will improve but unfortunately it never does. There is high turnover over, poor management lousy service and inconsistent food. The occasion was our cherished daughter's 28th birthday dinner party. We hadn't seen her since we helped her move into her new apartment a few weeks ago, all of which made her choice of REUNION KITCHEN & DRINK a quite fitting establishment to fete this happy occasion. For starters, Reunion is quintessentially positioned, adjacent to one of the Dos Lagos (two lakes) referenced in the town center's namesake marketplace...a truly beautiful setting for all manner of weekend soirees! Despite the brisk, midday crowd, my bride and I were seated within a couple minutes. When Brianna and her BF Eli arrived ten minutes later we subsequently moved to a slightly larger table closer to the water. For starters we ordered the Poké and Brussel Sprouts. The former must've been good, 'cause my dining guests demolished that mofo in a succession of rapid fire hand to mouth motions. (Your favorite Yelp correspondent disdains nearly all manner of seafood). The Brussels sprouts were incredible! Sticky, crackling flavor bombs of cider vinegar, maple syrup, shallots, bacon and, I think, shishito peppers, all finely minced. For entrees, the girls went "I don't wanna lose my hourglass figure, lemme order the Citrus Salmon" and the fellas went straight Neanderthal- Choosing a pair of beefy sandos, a prime rib au jus for him and the OC Sourdough Burger for Yours Truly. Heads Up: Whatever you do, don't confuse the (requested) ranch dressing with the horseradish that accompanies the prime rib! They look exactly the same! Elijah made that mistake and the poor guy had the sniffles for the rest of his meal! Lol. My OC Sourdough is the brawnier cousin to the French Quarter Burger at Mimi's Cafe. Perfectly toasted sourdough with parmesan seared into its edges, slathered w/ Thousand Island, melted provolone, a thick 1/2 pound patty, onions, avocado, tomato + pickles. Pro Tip- Chuck those last two ingredients! All a tomato and pickles do a burger is make them wet! If you're not careful, you wind up crying whilst tryna hold your soggy Burger together with both mitts! So discard em or give em to your wife (who relishes every vegetable on earth). The service was mostly on point but with occasional misfire. Like having to ask for ranch dressing three times or waiting too long to bring our bill. Towards the end of the meal they turned on that mist outside that is turned on when it gets hot out and so it was pretty strong to the point where it feels like it was going on our food. I should've asked if they could turn it off, it wasn't hot maybe 74. One thing I noticed here that I also noticed at the reunion kitchen in brea, was we got 5 entrees with fries and not 1 ketchup was accompanied with it. Unfortunately, it had a strange taste like as if it may have been aged, spoiled, and sour. There was no argument & they removed it from the check thankfully, so I appreciated they owned it and took care of it. The short ribs were pretty good and brussel sprouts okay. Took my hubby here for Father's Day. We've been to the other locations , but this one is closest to our home. They are located in the Improv building. The restaurant entrance is to the left. There is parking in the back as well as across the street in the parking structure on Birch street . (Birch/ Brea) Since we made reservations the day of, we came here for an early dinner to beat the crowd. We ordered : Watermelon toasts -interesting choice, good for vegans Ahi tower Rosemary fried chicken - tender and juicy chicken , a twist to regular Fried chicken Short ribs - smaller portion then expected , but good flavor BBQ chicken salad - Big pieces of chicken .(A*) Looking forward in returning for another great meal. Came here on Dec 11 for sons 18th Birthday! Here's our pros & cons. Was good food but definitely could improve in some ways. Pros- -Was able to make a reservation online for 7 of us. -Everyone loved their food -cute location -chicken pot pie was delicious Cons -staff wasn't attentive & left us sitting there almost the entire time , restaurant seemed way understaffed and rushed/stressed -couldn't get staffs attention because they were rushing around , had to go to front hostess stand to get drink refill -manager did come around at end of dinner but really could have checked in sooner, evening was already over and damage done -we were sat outside (without being asked if we were ok with that) was cooler weather and none of us were not dressed for that. Lots of patio heaters at other tables but we were told there wasn't anymore available - at the end, waitress asked my son what he'd like for a birthday dessert and he said chocolate cake, then she didn't ask anyone else if they wanted anything, she rushed off so fast then came back with 7 forks just before putting my sons free tiny cake square down. We came for a work dinner recently. You can make large party reservations over the phone. They just require a CC and if you cancel within 24 hours, they will charge you a fee per person. It's very convenient though and I like that they offer this option. The service here is great. We sat outside and everyone was very helpful when it came to the heaters, opening/closing the curtains, etc. It's a nice outdoor patio and is quieter than sitting inside. Our server was very friendly and sweet. This would have been 5 stars except my entree was a bit of a miss. Ultimately, the food is what matters most. I ordered the prime rib and it was extremely thick and flavorless, even with the sauces given. I ordered it medium and it was definitely more cooked than that. I should have went with the short rib stroganoff instead. The various appetizers were pretty good. The food was average at best wasn't impressed . Had the short ribs my daughter has the 8 oz steak and wife had the salmon. And everyone was raving about the deviled eggs so I tried them they weren't anything special. Just okay. Short ribs was okay but not as good as I would expected almost tastes like the food was warmed up not fresh. But I could be wrong. I did like the ambience though and the views in the patio that made it more enjoyable. I would give them another chance and try something else on their menu maybe will have better experience. Met with a friend for lunch. This was a first time for both of use. There is ample parking surrounding the restaurant. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We dined outside and the views are really nice. The menu has small plates (that are really big plates), sandwiches, salads and entrees. The hardest decision was choosing something off this menu. Everything looked so good. I had the small plates shrimp and calamari (pictured). They were both amazing and I had to take some of it to go because the portions were larger than I expected. The food and our server are 5 stars. The staff at the host desk I would give zero. This review is for them. We arrived at 3:50pm with a group of 7, there were three young women working the host desk. 2 of them informed me that they couldn't take our party inside because they had reservations arriving at 5:30 but we could sit outside. It was 90f outside and we had 2 toddlers so I declined and asked again if we could be sat inside. I looked at the dining room and it was empty. They informed me they could sit us in a small booth but they would come out to our table and ask us to leave at 5:30. I have never been told by any restaurant that I needed to hurry up and eat my dinner if I wanted to dine at their establishment. The rudeness and superiority these hosts displayed is wild. Much needed follow update on the experiences here - this is a phenomenal spot that i'm grateful to have so close to home. It's become an essential spot to bring friends to impress at a reasonable budget! Food (5/5) - At this point we've tasted a decent amount of the menu, and while there are some absolute favorites I will say the quality and flavors around the menu always a hit. (A+ prime rib dip for example) The cocktails are made well, great happy hour options, and the menu is very expansive for everyone to enjoy. Service (5/5) - The service here has been top notch for us. Knowledgeable, personable and GOOD servers that are quick, helpful and take great care of you. Great touch with the hot towels at the end of the meal, the upscale effort always delivers. Ambiance (5/5) - Might even be the best part every time. The decor, the atmosphere, the layout, my eyes never run out of things to enjoy while visiting. I came on a rainy Tuesday evening. I was seated in a quaint corner next to the bar as I was dining alone. Upon being seated, right away I really enjoyed the tall stool. It had a low back and soft cushion so it was very comfortable for me as a tall person. When I came in around 5:25 pm, it was quiet but by an hour later everyone must have gotten off work and the bar top was packed. My waitress was Lucy. She was soft spoken and nice. For my cocktail, I went with the Blackberry Breeze. Super delicious. Couldn't really taste the St Germaine but the blackberry was prominent along with the vodka. I felt the burn immediately upon the first drink. I loved it. I had been to another Reunion location but was excited to try another entree. I was torn between five items. After talking it over with Lucy, I went with her recommendation and ended up selecting the Chicken Pot Pie. It had mushrooms at the very top which Lucy told me about. I love mushrooms so I think this is what tipped me over to get this. The first nibble I could really taste the mushroom flavor. It was incredible. The sauce was thick and rich similar to a gravy. It was hotter than sh1t so be careful. Even after blowing on it, it was still piping hot and I burned my tongue. The chicken is in bite size pieces making it easy to scarf down. The crust is flaky on top and soft and mushy on the bottom just how I like it. I think my only critique is that it could have used some more veggies inside. I could see eating the sauce over some fries similar to poutine without the cheese curds. The portion was a good size. Probably the best pot pie I have ever had. The roasted vegetables on the side were cold. But I dipped them into the pot pie sauce and the problem was solved. I was so happy to see that the daily soup was French onion. It was fantastic. The broth was rich and flavorful. The pull from the cheese was perfect. So great on a cold and rainy night. I could probably eat it daily during the winter. The warm towels that are brought to your table at the end of your meal is a very nice touch. The music in the background was lower tempo alternative and pop. Loud enough that you could sway to it but not too loud that you couldn't hear the person talking to you. If this place was in San Diego, I would probably eat there weekly. read more
