Consistently delicious. The food is wonderful but the customer service was only acceptable. We waited at the hostess desk for someone to come and greet/seat us for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, we had the eye of multiple customers and waitresses but no one welcomed us or said they would get someone. Reminds me of a high end TGIF or Applebees. Very crowded so make reservations. Great service and lots of parking out front. It's a nice family or large gathering restaurant that offers traditional American food. I got their chicken pot pie which is made fresh. It comes with a side of grilled and bit too salty vegetables. Lots of eye candy in this restaurant meaning everyone, men and women all the wait staff and anyone working there was very handsome or very attractive. Reunion is a go to spot for us in corona. We're here often but I wanted to highlight our most recent visit on a Monday night. We had a large party of about 16 + 4 kids. We could only make an online reservation for 6 but in the morning called ahead and added us no problem. The service for a large party was phenomenal, they were able to cut a cake we brought in, and the food was delicious. Went in for a work lunch not expecting much... and ended up having an amazing meal. Started with the onion soup, really good, I wish it had a bit more onions, it was still a great cup of soup. The Skirt Steak Special with grilled asparagus and Parmesan mushroom risotto was really good! We went in a few weeks ago, made a reservation through Yelp. There were 2 in our party who were late... so you may want to mention to your guests to be sure they have selected the correct location on their GPS. Parking can be tricky on busy weekends so keep this in mind. Also their patio is nice and spacious for an evening out on the deck. Ambiance is very nice here and we had a lovely table in the alcove of the bar. However, on this day (a Sunday) our server was the bartender and I got the impression that he was at his wits end with us. I'm not sure if it was because our party trickled in or something else. Either way it was noticed (by me at least) my favorite dishes were: Artichoke Dip Avocado Wontons Asian Crispy Ribs Bread Pudding One person at our table order kept coming to the table wrong, where we finally just said it was ok. The Manager came to our table and apologized - which was nice. I don't think I would return to this location, as I got a odd vibe... but maybe another one sure! Parking: Easy, open free Service is 5 stars and really the best servers. I came here for a baby sprinkle for a friend and they were super accommodating with our requests. The food itself was mid. My friend and I stopped in at the Reunion Kitchen to check it out. The place is beautifully decorated, plenty of room between tables. Tables on the patio look good on a hot day like today, but we decided to sit inside to enjoy the A/C. Our server Maria was a darling, very friendly and accommodating. When my friend asked to omit bacon bits with his food she said OK. When I asked my friend's bacon bits to be served on the side so I can have it with my "Boston" clam chowder, again she agreed without hesitation. Our food was tasty and the place has a good vibe. We went here for Valentine's Day dinner and it did not disappoint. It's a nice date night spot and the ambience was more romantic than I expected. I've never been here before so I was expecting more like a BJ's vibe, so I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't. Their servings are huge which I like. We contemplated dessert but were actually pretty full after our entrees. My boyfriend enjoyed his poke bowl and I ordered the veggie burger. Keep in mind, the veggie burger is very messy. Like usual homemade patties, it falls apart easily so there's no way you can look cute while eating this. But I 1000% prefer a house-made patty over store-bought! The flavor was amazing. The best part of our experience was that they brought us a warm towel in the end! Which I've never experienced unless it's like a wing or bbq place, so this is what made me want to write a review and give them 5 stars! It felt like an upscale experience without having to spend $100's on dinner. It was such a thoughtful touch especially after eating that messy burger! Upon walking in I was greeted immediately. We had a rather large party of 5 adults and 3 kids. We asked if we could use the outside fire pit seating. And they said that would be completely fine. We made reservations in advance. It was quick there was enough seats. It was a windy day as many of them often are. They sat us outside and waiters came to close the umbrellas when sun set. They closed but did not rush us out as we were full reuniting mode. Food came all together which was nice. Pretzel came with jalapeño sauce that took me by surprise because it was unlike anything I've ever tried delicious. Plenty of parking. Nice view. The loaded devil eggs is a must. I got the carrot cake and it was huge. I got the ahi tuna with yakisoba it was refreshing. Every piece was artistic and delicious would definitely go again. We had a decent overall dining experience at Reunion Restaurant. The food was the highlight of the evening--everything we ordered was high quality, thoughtfully prepared, and the menu offered some creative, well-executed dishes that made the meal memorable. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. We dined on a Tuesday evening, and the restaurant appeared to be less than 50% full, making the service issues even more surprising. Our server was training a new employee during our visit, which made the overall experience even more concerning. Our courses came out of order, and when we asked about it, the wait staff blamed the kitchen rather than taking ownership of the issue. Regardless of where the breakdown occurred, it made for a disjointed dining experience. The cocktails were poured extremely heavy, which may appeal to some guests but felt unbalanced to us. After our dinner plates were cleared, dessert was brought out without anyone bringing us fresh utensils. After waiting, I ultimately had to get my own utensils so we could enjoy our dessert. The biggest disappointment was that I had noted on my reservation that we were celebrating my wife's birthday and also mentioned it to our server when we arrived, but it was never acknowledged. We weren't expecting anything complimentary--a simple "Happy Birthday" would have made the evening feel more personal and appropriate for the occasion. Seeing these service issues while a new employee was being trained left us wondering what standards are being emphasized for new staff. Based on our experience, it did not reflect the level of hospitality we would expect at a restaurant of this caliber. The kitchen is clearly doing an excellent job, and we'd return for the food. However, for a restaurant that positions itself as one of the premier dining destinations in town, the overall service experience fell well short of expectations. Management should take a close look at its service standards, front-of-house processes, and overall guest experience to ensure they align with the quality of the cuisine and the level of dining the restaurant aims to provide. read more

The occasion was our cherished daughter's 28th birthday dinner party. We hadn't seen her since we helped her move into her new apartment a few weeks ago, all of which made her choice of REUNION KITCHEN & DRINK a quite fitting establishment to fete this happy occasion. For starters, Reunion is quintessentially positioned, adjacent to one of the Dos Lagos (two lakes) referenced in the town center's namesake marketplace...a truly beautiful setting for all manner of weekend soirees! Despite the brisk, midday crowd, my bride and I were seated within a couple minutes. When Brianna and her BF Eli arrived ten minutes later we subsequently moved to a slightly larger table closer to the water. For starters we ordered the Poké and Brussel Sprouts. The former must've been good, 'cause my dining guests demolished that mofo in a succession of rapid fire hand to mouth motions. (Your favorite Yelp correspondent disdains nearly all manner of seafood). The Brussels sprouts were incredible! Sticky, crackling flavor bombs of cider vinegar, maple syrup, shallots, bacon and, I think, shishito peppers, all finely minced. For entrees, the girls went "I don't wanna lose my hourglass figure, lemme order the Citrus Salmon" and the fellas went straight Neanderthal- Choosing a pair of beefy sandos, a prime rib au jus for him and the OC Sourdough Burger for Yours Truly. Heads Up: Whatever you do, don't confuse the (requested) ranch dressing with the horseradish that accompanies the prime rib! They look exactly the same! Elijah made that mistake and the poor guy had the sniffles for the rest of his meal! Lol. My OC Sourdough is the brawnier cousin to the French Quarter Burger at Mimi's Cafe. Perfectly toasted sourdough with parmesan seared into its edges, slathered w/ Thousand Island, melted provolone, a thick 1/2 pound patty, onions, avocado, tomato + pickles. Pro Tip- Chuck those last two ingredients! All a tomato and pickles do a burger is make them wet! If you're not careful, you wind up crying whilst tryna hold your soggy Burger together with both mitts! So discard em or give em to your wife (who relishes every vegetable on earth). The service was mostly on point but with occasional misfire. Like having to ask for ranch dressing three times or waiting too long to bring our bill. For unbeatable ambiance, stirring scenery, rib-sticking, wash your plate of all its contents caliber recipes, make like did and hold your next family reunion at, well, Reunion. read more

The food was amazing! The wait staff was the best! It was about 89 when we went here so we asked for a table with a view of the lake, so we wouldn't melt outside, the hottest was very accommodating. The waitress was quick to stop by and take our drink order and was very kind. We got burgers, meatloaf, brussel sprouts, my friend got a specialty cocktail and I got a Diet Coke. I loved my burger, lettuce wrap, and the fries! And the waitress kindly asked if I wanted ranch without me asking, and suggested the chipotle ranch... I wanted to swim in it! We stayed after paying the bill just relaxing and watching a gorgeous sunset that even a staff member went outside to take a photo. They didn't rush us out at all. Both of us did have an upset tummy after dinner, just a little bit, so the sprouts might have had something that didn't agree with us, so we'll get a different app next time. No manager came over to talk to us, the server just said oh, sorry. Not how can I fix it or would you like something different. As someone who was a server for years little things are important. Very Disappointing Experience at Reunion Kitchen I've visited Reunion Kitchen in Corona more than eight times and have recommended this restaurant to family and friends, which makes my most recent experience especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible from the beginning. Our server, Robbie, was not attentive to our concerns, and we repeatedly received food that was overcooked or items that we had not ordered. When we brought the missing food to Robbie's attention, it took approximately 20-30 minutes for the food we originally ordered to arrive. At that point, we asked to speak with a manager and were introduced to Devon. Unfortunately, his response made an already frustrating situation even worse. Rather than listening to our concerns or attempting to resolve the issues, he dismissed us. At one point, he told Robbie, "You don't have to explain anything to them," and then walked away. As a customer, I found that response extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Devon eventually sent Cameron to our table to speak with us. Cameron was the only person who took the time to actually listen to our concerns and treat us respectfully. I appreciated that he was willing to hear us out and take our complaints seriously. After being a repeat customer and recommending Reunion Kitchen to people I know, this experience was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, based on the way we were treated and the lack of concern shown by management, I will not be returning. I will also be sharing my experience with others so they can make an informed decision before choosing to dine here. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously, because customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are making an effort to bring legitimate concerns to management. read more

I ordered the short rib stroganoff and shared the brussel sprouts & asian crispy ribs. Our waiter was timely, friendly, and kind even when I expressed that my short rib stroganoff wasn't good. Unfortunately, it had a strange taste like as if it may have been aged, spoiled, and sour. There was no argument & they removed it from the check thankfully, so I appreciated they owned it and took care of it. The short ribs were pretty good and brussel sprouts okay.
