The açaí blend was great and not too sweet! The gentleman working the front was very patient in answering all our questions about the product. I've been to my fair share of Acai shops and it's usually a hit or miss. In the wake of the unlimited toppings fad I've noticed a decline in quality/attention for the actual acai itself. That was my perogative walking into Acai Republic and I'm glad to say that they delivered. I'm a big fan of the Real Brazillian with PB blended inside - the creaminess complimented well with the crispy granola and fruity undertones. On top of that they don't skimp around with the toppings - something you'd be hard pressed to find in most other shops with comparable acai. I also appreciate that they offer three different sizes. The large is the perfect amount for sharing with another. The ambience is inviting and the workers are friendly - it's really all you can ask for. My husband and I tried this place for the first time this morning. Andrew and Kelsey were so kind, friendly and helpful. I got the Madly Mango and my Husband got the Sao Paulo ! Both were absolutely delicious. I would have provided a picture, but it was just too good not to eat right away. The establishment was spotless! Smelled clean and sweet because of the fruit. My Pitaya smoothie okay. They use apple juice and it was the only thing I tasted, it definitely over powers all the other flavors. I honestly didn't taste much pitaya , a hint of banana. Personally, I loved the apple oatmeal smoothie more than the mango acai one, but it might be that I'm not the hugest fan of acai. Acai Republic is a very good place. My husband ordered a Tahiti bowl which it had varieties of fruits and the acai was very tasty. The small size was too small so we bought the medium size bowl and it was reasonable for the price. So far we went twice because it was that good. I think we will continue to go when possible to try other flavors. They sell Brazilian cheese bread that I may try some other time I go there. All in all this space is spacious and very clean.
