We love Açaí Republic. We have purchased from the location in Tustin for years now but we are local to Orange. When we found out that the Orange location opened, we were glad we had a local place. We've tried other açaí locations but none compare to Acai Republic. The flavor and service do not compare. So glad this location is open. Sometimes my order gets messed up here...I know mistakes happen but it's too often. This staff screwed up a bunch of orders. Tonight I ordered the Hawaiian with no bananas. My order had bananas so I asked the staff just remove the banana. I also said she didn't have a make a new order, don't waste it, just remove the banana. I repeated myself three more time. Came in on a late Saturday morning for breakfast. There was only one car in front of the store, but as soon as we got there, it started filling up. We thought we were lucky to beat the rush, but we stood there as order after order went out and everyone got their açaí bowls before we did. The kids working there seemed confused by the tickets coming in, and kept looking at what was ordered. I had to go to counter to check on where our order was and I got was, "oh, yeah. We're working on that now." No apologies were given when we got our food late. For the price we paid, the food wasn't worth it. You could go literally anywhere else and get a better bowl with better customer service. read more

Came in yesterday morning with my team for a light meal before their tournament and IT WAS BUSY. The two ladies that were there working WERE HUSTLING. I even joked if they needed reinforcement, they had great attitude, and one in particular, was always smiling and greeting all the customers making sure we were still okay. Gave my team a pep talk outside, and said "you hear them communicating with each other, that's a smooth run right there."
