In the photo, I had already eaten the fruit from the top, but after getting to the bottom, I found mostly fruit and very little additional acai. I was expecting a more balanced ratio between the fruit and acai. Perhaps you could consider adding a little more acai or adjusting the price so that the portion feels more in line with what is being offered. The concept is great, and I think this small change could make the overall experience much better.

I was the only customer there at the time. I tried using the kiosk and this machine could not read my QR code from my Robeks phone app. I tried repeatedly 4-5 times. Now the woman who walked up to me could have taken my order which would have taken 10-15 seconds. I tried using the kiosk for more than a minute then left in frustration. Which speaks to the customer experience. This message is for the business owner of this franchise why I won't be returning. There is another Robeks I go to that is way more busy but they have never asked me to use the kiosk no matter how busy they are. They have high foot traffic and there are usually 4-5 people waiting. This other Robek is run by better employees and I will be going to that one instead
