I could not do the types of physical activities I enjoyed and it hurt by the end of the work day. I had weekly scheduled sessions with both Hersh and Andrea with each ti seeing improvement. Hersh recommended the Laser Therapy and this vastly improved my condition. My goal was to be able to ski by Christmas as I was taking my whole family to Utah. My condition had been going on for several months before meeting with Dave Townsend. My physician had latched on to the idea it was mild arthritis in my hip. That may have been a factor but it was not the principal issue.
