This company was previously a plumbing supply business that I have used for 30 years to supply me with honey-do projects around the house. They have always had exactly what i needed and have generously advised me many times over those years. Imagine my dismay when I went to find plumbing pieces and parts to try to redo a recent plumbing company's work at my home, and found out that they have converted to a plumbing service. Since I had used them for parts for 30 years and knew them to be honest, I asked them to fix the problem. They fixed the problem next day at a very reasonable price. I have used them several times over the last year (most recently to replace my whole house filter) and my experience has been excellent. Service is quick, prices are very competitive, people are nice and helpful and the work never has to be repeated. I have definitely found MY plumbers and recommend them without qualification. I called Accent Plumbing for an issue with the drain from my washing machine overflowing. My home warranty company couldn't resolve the issue after charging me $100 for a weak attempt to clear the line and then telling me I needed to pay $450 to access it from the roof which I said no to. I then reached out to Accent Plumbing - the individual who came out not only cleared the backup which did not require accessing it from my roof. He also installed a new drain pipe since the other drain pipe was old. He did all this for much less than the home warranty company would have charged. The service I received from Accent Plumbing was exceptional!! I will always call Accent Plumbing for any plumbing issues I have in the future. After living in a house with almost non-existent hot water pressure in the kitchen and a shower without working cold water, we decided to bite the bullet and have someone come look at our issues. Jim came out and quickly fixed the issue with the hot water pressure in the kitchen, and also realized that the issue with the shower would take a bit more work. The next day he was back again ready to tackle the shower, and I'm pleased to say that he was successful. He was very professional, never tried to up sell me, and was honest throughout. The entire process was painless (for me but I didn't have to climb up into my attic, ha!) and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. Expectations were totally exceeded. Steve (owner) came to the house at 7:00 AM to provide the quote so I didn't lose a half day of work as I did with the quote from another company. Jim and Rocky did a neat, clean retrofit install (75 gal tank water heater to tankless) and the last thing they did was clean up the limited debris from the install. They were very personable and professional and I felt very comfortable going back to work after they started (they had complete access to the house). As an added bonus, they got along well with my Akita (big dog) becoming her two new best friends. Accent Plumbing's quote was the lowest of four and was very fairly priced. December 7, 2017- I had used Accent Plumbing about a year ago and was very satisfied, so I called again because I needed an outside faucet replaced and wanted the bypass on my water softener checked. Dan came out and replaced the outside valve with a Wolverine Brass valve and I am very happy with it. Also, for years we thought our soft water was connected to the outside faucet and he discovered it wasn't by testing the water. Saved me a big headache with that. He also discovered the water pressure coming into the house was to high, so I will be having him out again to fix that. We've used Accent Plumbing several times now, and they never disappoint. We normally have had Steve come out, who is awesome, but today Travis helped us out and did a fantastic job. Our shower needed a cartridge replaced, and when our DIY attempts proved disastrous, Travis fit us in to his schedule and was in and out in good time, especially considering what a nightmare our hardware is. He was nice, prompt, and professional, kept the space clean, explained what was happening, and resolved the issue perfectly. The price was better than we expected, too. I was referred to Accent plumbing by our regular guy when I needed a particular service he didn't offer. Accent answered the phone promptly, was professional, and returned my call when they said they would.They also followed up the service with a call to ensure that I was happy. Service was arranged for the following day which was fantastic for a non-urgent matter (sink not draining well). The service professional was on time, notified me by text when he was on his way, friendly, clean and thorough. The service had been performed previously a couple of years ago by another company who charged me more than three times what Accent charged. We've used A-Accent for a number of years and a number of projects. They've always been on time and on budget. We live in an older home and things are beginning to wear out, etc. Dan C. was our plumber today to clear out the clog in the kitchen sink drain and work on the kitchen sink faucet. He's very friendly and efficient and got the work done as quickly as could be expected. He was properly dressed (his pants weren't hanging down) and his language was clean and professional. Dan Cifelli arrived right on time this morning to repair a leak in my kitchen drain. He took the time to explain the excavation that needed to be done to reach the drain pipe in the wall, and when finished later in the day, explained what he did to fix the problem plus further work that might be needed. As another recent reviewer stated, he was very personable and knowledgeable, and I had no hesitation in trusting him to rip open a hole in the kitchen wall to fix the leak. We are extremely pleased with the prompt and professional plumbing service from Accent. After a bathroom remodel, we tried to re-install the prior shower head and valve. The knucklehead demo handyman lost some of the parts and we could not get it done. After buying the new replacement parts, we called Accent on recommendation from a friend.
