I just had Accent here to clean my main line. I have to do this a few times a year because of roots. I first had some kind of new owner insurance but that was 20 yrs ago and I no longer have that insurance and I've called Efraim and Luis and Sergio a hundred times over the 20 years and they've never let me down. They're the co. that moved my main line to a different and easier location to get to. They've always showed up within the time frame given and I call the office to get an idea of the actual likely arrival. read more

Used these guys at least four or five times. They are great. Always Efraim or both him and Luis. Funny story, bought a house, did a remodel, had a plumber come in and do all the work. Sink he put in leaked. Shower fixtures fell off, and just today, gas leak from the oven. Basically, everything this guy touched broke. I fixed the shower myself, but everything else I got the guys at Accent plumbing to fix. They've done stellar work and wish I used them the first time. I met them through my home warranty years ago. and have since paid full price after my home warranty ran out. Totally reasonable. Couldn't say better things. (My water heater was also replaced by them under the home warranty, no problems there either!) read more

These folks are great. They have done several jobs for me from clogs to a new water heater. I recently built a gas fire pit in my yard and called them to install the gas line. Amazing guys! I called them at 8:01am, they showed up at 8:30am and finished at 8:55am. Fixed and replaced a cracked fitting and leaky line.

This company was referred by American Home Shield to diagnose a plumbing leak from the kitchen faucet. Prior to the service call, I clearly explained that this was a recall as the prior assigned company was not diagnosing it properly. This plumber from Accent Plumbing confirmed the faucet leak but told the insurance company that this leak existed prior to the contract which was completely false. I had a dishwasher put in a month prior and had a plumbing company come out to change the angle stop and there was no leak. Also have a contractor friend who was at the place multiple times in the past month working on different part of the condo and he too can vouch that there was no leak. Because of this false information, the insurance denied the claim and the insurance company charged me for work that wasn't even done! I had to hire another plumber to fix this problem. I called Accent plumbing and the girl who answered can only say "what would you like us to do about it? You need to call your insurance company instead." The reason why I'm in this mess is because of your company reporting misleading info to the home warranty. I was so fed up I canceled the home warranty insurance and I will be filing a BBB complaint shortly. read more

Love this company. Always no nonsense--they help us only fix what needs fixing, they cooperate with us to find the best solution for our needs. They charge reasonable rates. They are prompt and friendly. We were close to replacing the water heater but they prevented that for a long time and helped us focus on more urgent immediate repairs like a corroded pipe. read more

Amazing customer service and repair work. Had an instant decrease in hot water; I have American Home Shield protection so I knew it would be $125 for the call. Placed the service call at 3:30 Monday afternoon, received confirming email before 4:00 with a promise to be here Tuesday between 8:30 and 10:00. They showed up at 9:00, were done and out of here within 20 minutes. The guy couldn't have been nicer. Great to deal with companies and people like this. read more

This plumber referred by American Home Shied Home Warranty on December 16'2017. Sergio came to my home right away and checked on my water heater. The first thing he looked is the exhaust pipe which he recommend should be 4 inch wide. The problem with my water heater was the pilot always turn off every time it reached certain heat, so I have to keep to light it on manually. He did not see that. Right away he recommended me to switch the exhaust pipe from 3inch to 4inch. And before I did this, he won't be able to diagnose the problem. He offered me to pay him on the side since the American home shield doesn't cover the cost. So I called the manufacture for the water heater which is American Standard and they said 3 inch exhaust vent pipe is fine. The next day I call the American home Shield and they sided with this Sergio guy which had the wrong diagnose. Sergio insisted that I need to replace this exhaust vent pipe and it will cause me at least $2000 out of pocket since it goes to the wall and roof. What a rip off? Like I loss one goat and then I report it, then I lose a cow. This is a highway Robberry . Do not use this company!!! A bunch of scammer since they will tell you to do things you don't need to. I checked with 2 other plumbers and they said it is fine with 3 inch vent pipe. Untrustworthy and untrusted plumber. Buyers beware!!!! read more

First, the plumber who showed up (On time) was very nice and very professional in his manner. So why only two stars? Because the problem that he "fixed" on January 20 is back on the 8th of April! Details: This is a simple "slow drain" issue, but when this drain is slow it means that my washing machine and dishwasher back up into the kitchen sink, then spill all over the kitchen! (You can only imagine the mess when gallons of dirty water mixed with garbage disposal leavings cover the kitchen floor.) To fix this issue the plumber insisted on snaking the drain through the wet bar sink in the living room. And, to be fair, it did seem to fix the problem... FOR ONLY TWO AND A HALF MONTHS!!! Read their "guarantee" carefully, folks. It explicitly doesn't cover "stoppage" problems. Ummm, isn't that like 90% of what you hire a plumber for? read more

Accent plumbing is awesome! They sent out two plumbers to snake my kitchen line and repair a leaky bathtub faucet. Efrain went above and beyond with my bathtub. He went to the local hardware store and purchased new handles for me because the old ones basically rusted off. The faucets behind my washer were leaking. I called Accent plumbing at 8:30 a.m and was scheduled for between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00. Sergio and his partner were in my home by 10:00 a.m. They brought all their tools with them, covered the floor so it was not scratched and replaced the valves in 15 minutes. They were polite and kind to my dog. A great experience. read more

BEST AND MOST REASONABLE PLUMBER I HAVE EVER USED. I had an issue with my plumbing and my home warranty company referred me to Accent to come assess the situation before they would agree to cover the cost of the issue (even though my regular plumber diagnosed the problem with a $400 price tag). I was weary of using the home warranty's referral, but since this was the process, I went along with it and figured if the plumber wasn't impressive, I could always just hire my own guy. Boy was I proven wrong. Accent came in, checked out the situation, and then changed out a cheap part for a new one and the whole thing took 20 mins. Oh, and all I paid was the $75 "service fee" that is in my home warranty contract. My old plumber was completely off base with his $400 diagnosis. ACCENT SAVED ME $325. Disgusting AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR from either a Director, or employee whilst on a call, and OVER PRICING. I tried to explain the blockage issue, but he became rapidly frustrated with the issue, it felt like I was doing him a favour by giving, even asking him, to do a job, he was not compassionate or understanding, I told him, we had a very OLD HOUSE and their router rod would need to go down the toilet hole in the ground, HE SAID WE DON'T REMOVE TOILETS, we simply arrive, and use the router, I said, thats fine, we would remove the toilet before they arrived, he then became very more irritated, and SHOUTED AT ME, I said its ok, calm down, we will be ready for your router to do its job, HE SAID we don't do that, and we want, and will install an outside drain ROUTER PIPE, and the cost was going to be 2200.00USD. he basically wanted to install an outside pipe gateway for 2200, as opposed to a simple turn up and route the pipe. read more
