Where do I begin?? The guys at New Image Plumbing not only saved me from having to close down my restaurant due to no hot water when my hot water heater stopped working out of nowhere, but they saved me a lot of money compared to others when it came time to pay. The day my hot water heater went out I started to call around to find someone to help me repair it, everyone I contacted that day were "too busy" to come in for an inspection/repair. It's crazy because nobody cared how urgent this matter was to me until I spoke with Armen at New Image. He understood that this was going to hinder my business in these already tough times, so he did his best to assist me and called in a technician on his day off to come check out the unit. Well when they arrived they checked out the unit and told me that yes it can be repaired but it's better off to be replaced because it's only a matter of months before it goes out completely. They didn't know the unit was 20 years old until after they recommended I replaced the whole thing, this proved to me they were not trying to make an extra buck and were just being honest and knowledgeable. Our old water heater had been acting up for a while and we saw there were like water stains all around it so we figured it had to be changed or fixed. Our neighbors had some work done recently by New Image Plumbing and Rooter and I remembered their bright pink van and called them up. They were very helpful on the phone and worked us in right away. The technician that came out confirmed our water heater was actually spewing water from a broken pipe on the top. He showed us how it wasn't even secured properly either. I had called around for a quote and their price installed was on par with someone else but I liked that he was very thorough and checked other things to be sure it was just the water heater and he explained what was going to be done and replaced. Thankfully they were able to get one fast and installed it quickly with a new gas line and the correct strapping. He did a great job and left everything very clean and neat.
