It just so happened that they also participated in the MetLife Legal Plan which I viewed as an added benefit. I spoke to Matt on a Tuesday, April 14 and during our initial conversation he said "oh, I see you have legal insurance. Unfortunately, we're not taking on any new clients at this time." After explaining that my interest in working with the firm was because of their capabilities and not just because of their participation in MetLife Legal he scheduled a consultation with Tina on that Friday, April 17. On Wednesday, April 15 I was asked to provide a summary of my case which I delivered the same day. Tina was an hour late to our meeting on Friday, and had not reviewed the email in advance of our call. She said she would speak to the team on Monday, April 20 to see if they could take on my case, but there was no follow-up from the firm. I sent follow up communications on Monday, April 20 and Tuesday, April 28 with no response.
