My son's car was recently stolen and recovered in a wrecked state. After shopping around at a few different places, I took it to Mike, and I couldn't be happier with that decision. Oh my God this company is the worst. I had my car accident at noon, they didn't pick my car up…read moreuntil 5pm. I was happy to just have them take the car. After family driving me home an hour away, I called to make sure that the car was delivered. Come to find out they went back to the spot they picked my car up at and dropped it back at the accident sight in a tow away zone and did not call to notify me that they did that. It took me another 6 hours of trying to figure out why they did that, the excuse was that the location I wanted it delivered to was going to be closed. Eventually had another company bring my car to my home and even that company agreed that this was a messed up thing to do.

Text them a picture of the dent and they provide an estimate very quickly to fix it. There estimates have been spot on and so no last minute price changes. Work was done quickly and the results are unbelievable. It like the dent never existed. I had the take a dent out of my Harley front fender where a helmet fell on it.
