    Just got my car back after a hit and run in LA. Gosch in a AAA approved facility and boy did they do a great job. Everyone there was professional and they kept me updated on how things were going. My car looks brand new now. I highly recommend Gosch.

    I Brought my New truck here for a collision repair, it took much longer than I was originally quoted , the work was Mickey Mouse and very unprofessional. I got the truck back with broken pieces still aswell as rodent damage under my hood from bieng stored at their facility. I would not recommend their services.

    OUCH! Rear ended in Temecula. We came to Gosh. Our insurance company recommend this company and check-in was easy. They called the rental car company for us, too. As we waited, the staff offered us water and I joked that we needed breakfast. Marcy showed up with coupons for In-n-Out. WOW. The rental car company was a bit slow so Marcy called again to hurry them up. Pablo was quite cheerful and friendly as well. I feel special! They are taking great care of us. Staff is helpful and friendly. Loving this place.

    I fixed the rear bumper and gate of a 2022 mach e but the color doesn't match to the original body color. I gave a not perfect 10 of 10 feedback because I was not happy with this and I got a complaint from them because I didn't give a good customer's feedback. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I had.

    This is Ben's example of my car ready for paint.

    Gosch Ford Collisions overwhelming number of positive reviews was what enticed me to bring my vehicle (which was involved in a hit and run) necessary for repair to their shop. The reason for my overall rating is due to one specific individual I had the displeasure of dealing with. His name is Ben Burgeson who is one of the estimators for the company. For clarity, I had no trouble with any of the other associates who work for Gosch. They were very respectful, nice and transparent. Mr. Pablo Lopez (the manager) and Mrs. Marci (the assistant) were not only kind but showcased their empathy towards my predicament with Ben. I issued a phone call to speak with Ben five days prior to the thirty-day deadline completion mark. During this time, I was told by Ben my vehicle was ready for paint. In the midst of my excitement, my mother decided to stop by Gosch unexpectedly to see the progress of my car. My mother arrived at Gosch to speak with Ben. To her surprise, Mr. Pablo and Ben appeared. They begin to speak car term gibberish to each other and my mother. My mother politely asked to see my vehicle. At this point, Mr. Pablo left the scene and Ben proceeded to show my mother my car. Once shown, it appeared my vehicle was not ready for paint. The damage was still the exact same. My mother took pictures, showed me the results and I was livid. I sent an email to Mr. Pablo and attached the photo my mother took and asked, "is this ready for paint?" I also stated that I was not going to pay for additional days for a rented vehicle. Mr. Pablo told me he would look into this and get back to me. I then contacted Ben because he was my initial estimator. His story has now changed because he was caught. His fabricated story was that he was gone for a week. I asked him if, "work comes to a halt when you're gone?" His response was, "that's just the way it is." Please be aware of this estimator. I showed nothing but maturity, kindness and patience towards Ben, yet when dealing with a compulsive liar, it can be extremely difficult handling these types of people. I made it my duty to write down every single word he told me along with pictures that were taken to have proof of his false statements. In conclusion, my vehicle was completed and paid for. If I could, I would rate my assigned estimator a 1 out of 5-star rating if not lower. It's too bad that isn't an option because I would have the pleasure in doing so. I have no tolerance for callous or unethical people and Ben revealed these specific traits. I acknowledge Mr. Pablo and Mrs. Marci for their cooperation in covering my rental expenses and speeding up the process to complete the repair of my car. For anyone who took the time to read this, I wish you the best of luck with Gosch and to avoid the estimator Ben Burgeson at all costs.     Crash Champions attempted to repair my car instead of recognizing that it should have been declared…read morea total loss from the very first visit. They kept bringing me back to the shop for three months, only for the insurance company to ultimately deem the vehicle unsafe to drive and a total loss. I took the car to Crash Champions a second time, following the insurance company's instructions, to give them an opportunity to correct their mistake two months into this ordeal. Instead of fixing the problem, the shop attempted to conceal what had become an irreparable issue. During this attempt, my service writer called to update me, and I asked directly if I'd be satisfied with the work this time. Her response was that if I didn't like it, I could just bring the car back in. That shouldn't be the standard. Repairs should be done right the first time. Getting basic updates was a struggle the entire time. I'd call and be told the person I needed was in a meeting or at lunch, with hours passing and no callback. Twice I drove to the shop in person just to check on the status. What's worse, they tried to give the car back to me multiple times when it wasn't even safe to drive, putting myself and my family at risk. It was clear their team wasn't capable of handling this level of repair, and each "fix" was more of a band-aid than a real repair. After the third failed attempt, the manager, Ray, called to apologize. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed the service writer, calling her "too green," despite the fact that she wasn't the one doing the actual bodywork or paint. He then offered to repair the car again and personally cover my rental and repair costs, basically asking to handle it outside of insurance. I declined. This experience was exhausting from start to finish. Crash Champions seems built around quick, low-cost patches instead of proper repairs or evaluations, and in my case their negligence cost me months of my time, immeasurable stress, and potentially worse had I not taken my car elsewhere for a second opinion and found out the vehicle was unsafe.
