The moment I opened the car door, I was blasted with the strong smell of marijuana. The car absolutely REEKED ! I mentioned it right away and the guy renting me the car did too. He said he put it in his notes, but I doubt he did. I asked for a different car and was told nothing was available. Honestly, if I were to be pulled over by a cop and rolled down the window, I would be given a DWI. The smell was that bad. Entetprise was very dismissive to my complaint and basically said, "too bad, take it or leave it." I was told someone would call me back at the end of the day to let me know when I could switch out the car. No one called me. Incredibly poor customer service.
