Deceptive Practices: Trying to even eat here has been a nightmare. First two times I came with my girlfriend, they were closed during normal business hours! Misunderstanding I guess, things happen. Well... I was excited all week to try their food and I return the next weekend to take advantage of their widely advertised "Western Wednesday" special (A cheeseburger meal with fries and a drink). As my party and I walk in and order, a server named Alexander says they're out of that special, so?? What are they out of exactly. Nothing. They were willing to sell us the same meal this time for nearly $20 instead of the window listed price of $10. False advertising!! There was no manager or supervisor on duty to make this right. Honestly, this is a horrible business practice and reflects little care for reputation and community. Go to Fiamma burger if you want to support a more trustworthy and comfortable establishment.

The restaurant is such a cute little space that is bright and comfortable. When we walked in we had quite a few questions and the gentleman behind the counter answered everything with ease and a friendly smile. I highly recommend the chop cheese, honey fried chicken sandwich and I cannot rave about the Kobe beef fat fries enough! Order all the fries! The only issue we had was one of the chicken sandwiches had a bun burnt so badly that it ruined the taste of the whole sandwich so we took the chicken out and by itself it was fine. Don't forget to go to the bathroom and look up.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a cold brew milk shake. The milk shake only tasted like milk so took a few sips and tossed it. :( The chicken sandwich was soggy and lackluster. I did takeaway which is probably why it got soggy but I only live 10 minutes away and ate it right when I got home. I remember coming here a year ago and loving the quality and flavors! Side note: The chef who made my sandwich was eating a burger right before he made mine, no biggie he's a human and needs to eat too but I hope he washed his hands before he made my food. Also I hope the chefs get appropriate breaks... In conclusion Milkshake- undrinkable Sandwich- soggy, I've had better and cheaper Mcchickens. Waste of $25 + tip smh. Giving a 4 * because they've been really great in the past and don't want to hurt a small Bellingham business but I'm quite disappointed by the quality and experience entirely.

The food is delicious. My favorite are the fries. They are the thin crispy ones that you want to shovel in your mouth. They have a number of different dipping sauces that ate well worth the up charge! The seating inside is limited but over all a cool vibe.

Unfortunately very disappointed with the quality of the chicken sandwich. Had high hopes based off the reviews but the chicken (which I would barely call chicken) was the driest most over fried piece of meat. It seemed like it was cooked this morning, refrigerated, then fried again when I ordered it. Over breaded is an understatement. It wasn't even warm and beyond chewy when you did actual get some meat. The saving grace was the French fries and the truffle sauce which was all I ate because my 25$ lunch left me starved.

Taste Juicy flavor with a nice crisp. Beefy flavor. The fries tasted potatoey. The blizzy was good. Good water. Daniel even ate a pickle and he hates pickles said they were decent. 4 star taste Price $16 for a burger and fries. 3 star Ambiance Outdoor seating is nice. Cool vibe Look Burgers looked good. 4 star appearance

A fun spot for some burgers and fries. Unique decor makes for an interesting and exciting night. In terms of the menu, there is limited options for burgers, but I really enjoyed what I got. Wished they had more options and a bigger burger. The burger, although delicious, was a little on the smaller side for the price. The beef fat fries on the other hand, were AMAZING!!! They tasted like fancy McDonald's French fries. If you plan on eating here, seating wasn't the best. Limited tables and everything is self bussed, which when we went, wasn't managed well (some of the tables were dirty). Also, as some of the other reviews have mentioned, there is a strong smoke smell here. Like, when I went home after eating here, my clothes smelled like I was just at a bonfire. It didn't bother me a whole bunch, but I imagine there are a lot of people who are sensitive to that kind of smell. I love the partnership between this place, and the next door neighbor, Carnal. I heard they use the same ingredients & use cooking material from the high quality steaks/ meat from the other restaurant to make their burgers. I can definitely taste a difference in the quality of the meat in the burgers here. I plan on trying the $9 tap cocktails next time I come here!

When I first came into the restaurant, I went into the restroom to wash my hands. While I was in there I noticed hair & blood on the toilet, floor and sink. The bathroom is filthy. I took several photos of the facility. Boot marks on several places on the walls. The walls all over, even to the floor are filthy. Does this bathroom never get cleaned? When I let the young man working the counter & taking orders, as well as making drinks know about the conditions of the restroom he got a wet rag & a spray bottle , then headed to the restroom. After the young man came back, l went to use the facility. There was still a good sized drop of blood on the floor in front of the toilet. There was still no toilet paper on either roller. There was a loose roll on a small plastic stand. The bathroom is still filthy. It's like they can't be bothered to properly clean it, and for a long time. After the mess up with my order and a young couple sitting next to me, someone assumed we were together, why... I don't know. The came in after me and I payed for my order before they ordered theirs, once I was done with mine. After telling the cook that I was stepping outside for a couple of minutes, I came in and they had throw the rest of my drink and food away! I watched while I was outside on the sidewalk in front of the door ,but by the edge of the curb... I took several photos and the guy working the counter NEVER came back to wait on anyone. So why did the cook (?) throw my food and the rest of my $9.00 margarita away? Harry came over to me and offered to replace my food but not my drink. It was mostly gone, but not quit. My first time here a few nights ago... Was wonderful however. The young couple left a review about how I was treated apparently. They were not happy and called our server a condisending ass. I'm 68 and disabled. Thank you. Also... As I was leaving I wanted to tell a young cook, " Harry" that he was a gentleman, because he was. When I was getting ready to leave, the waiter that had originally taken my order decided to be quit rude to me. Earlier when the young couple was sitting next to me, oh... They also put all our orders together and that was a confused mess to straighten out. Anyway, The young lady was apparently so upset by the way the waiter treated me, that when they got up to leave, she mention that she had just wrote a review of the restaurant and how the waiter was a condisending ass towards me. I didn't say anything at the time and wished her a her lovely husband a good night. However, when I had asked for a container for the meal they remade for me, the waiter became very rude to me in front of every patron in the place. I'm 68 & physically disabled, I was not rude to him in any way, but he felt the need to embarrass me in front of everyone. Now mind you, I was feeling rather vulnerable as I just found out last night by one of my grown children that they are dying of Lupus. I don't understand how for no reason someone chooses to be cruel to a complete stranger. He said I made it harder than it had to be..... I have no idea what he meant, other than I should just except his abusive behavior and leave. When I left there where 2 homeless men close to the restaurant and asked me if I was ok? They were so sweet to me, I gave them the meal Harry had remade for me and thanked them for their concern and wished them a good evening. They touched my heart greatly. The kindness of 5 people tonight keep me from feeling the cruelty of 1. I want to again say thank you to all of them, because they had no idea how heavy my fragile my heart has been since my child call me last night. I hope the owner of this restaurant reads their reviews. Goodnight everyone. Sleep well.

Went after the lunch crowd had left and had the entire restaurant to ourselves. Great place if you want quick and efficient service. Menu is simple, easy to read and you order & pay at the counter. Server brought our food to us in a timely manner.

Chicken sandwich is spot on, but $12 for a chicken sandwich? $22 for skimpy fries and the sandwich is crazy. Next time I'll drive to Lynden to get 3 Popeyes sandwiches and fries and save $5.
