I read nothing but good reviews about this place. I called for someone to come out and check my ac unit that wasnt working. I spoke with Joseph and he said for me to text my name and address and he would make it out the same day in the afternoon. I never heard from him until I messaged around 4:20 PM(now into the evening). His response was that he was still on another job and that he would be over after. This would have put him at my home already into the night hours. Communication from him prior would have been very appreciated, rather than literally having to wait for him all day.
