I ended taking the 1:30 appointment, but when i arrived my car wasn't started being worked on until 2...ok. For a simple oil change and i guess inspection took almost 3 hours?! Didn't leave out of there until almost 4:30. Technician kept telling me it's done and almost done for an hour. Don't lie just tell me how long it gonna be, i would've gone else where. Ended up canceling my appointment for 5pm which is inconvenient. I can say they have good customer service, but bad turn around time.

After going in the next day when my appointment was, I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment, they finally call me up and the person "helping" me at the time could not have been more uninterested. After telling him what I was there for he tried saying I didn't make an appointment the week before and then was saying the machine was down for "weeks" and he would give me a call when it's up. A different reason for why they couldn't do it. I now sit here the day CT emissions are due, no call back, at Hank Mays down the road to get a bit of good service and finally get my emissions done, no thanks to Monro.
