They tested in the left rear tire was soft. Build it told me to monitor it and come back. I had a problem. It took minutes. Last night I went to return the car and the light was back. I took it in this morning without an appointment and they were able to take it test it and figure out a small screw head pierced it. They sealed from the inner side of the tire and it should last the lifetime of the tire. Great customer service and the cost was very reasonable .

I discussed with the front desk and the service manager the need to hand torque the lug nuts--even provided a soft thin wall socket for their use. After getting home, a lug nut was loose and would spin when tightened. After further investigation, the problem was that the wheel stud was stripped from the rotor and could not be torqued. The rotor and stud had less than 100 miles on them. While I cannot prove (or disprove) that this was their fault, it is without question that the tech would have known that the nut was spun--and said nothing! So much for my $20 tip! After my discovery, I spoke to the sales person, he agreed with me that they should never have let me drive home with this problem. There were promises to look in to it; several follow-up calls from me, and lots of lip service from them: 'we are looking in to it and will get back to you...' I have heard nothing from them. Crickets. I have no confidence that they could competently fix the problem and will not bring them the new rotor to install--that job is going to someone who can be trusted! As I said...stay away!

However this location I felt the sales folks were pretty straight forward, they shared additional services but were not pushy and performed the job as described. I was visiting this place to get my own tires that I had bought elsewhere to be installed. I had called around and I felt their prices were extremely fair and they seemed the most welcoming too. The place itself is extremely clean and spacious. It seemed extremely busy too which was a good sign and while waiting outside I had a nice conversation with the technician working on my car and he came across honest, knew what he was talking about and shared his impression about the tires I was getting installed. The wait turned out to be longer than shared, but it was a gorgeous day in winter so I did not mind waiting outside and conversing with the technician, who this review is mainly for.
